Maybe I'm a newb but the grapple seems to mess me up a lot, not sure how to make it shorter or longer really and so it often gets too long and I faceplant into a wall. Other than that, a simple but enjoyable game. 4/5

very fun game, i just hate when you grapple and then theres this small platform, and you over jump it and BARELY miss the platform past that and fall to your death. but over all its still a kick ass game. 10/5 xD

great game but a bit too easy, grapple is nice but stone skin is redundant because it's already too easy to hold shoot to kill them and then you cant speed up because it makes it too easy to clear 2 platform in one jump.

BigWood, wth, he didn't lie, it has achievments, your a big noob :/::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: PS!!! i'm not a fan of that kind of running games, so i'll rate it 3/5 instead of 1/5 for losing me on my second run

Sorry, did I miss something? How is Canabalt a good game? Yeah sure you run and avoid things, it's original, I can understand that, but I've actually seen that before in a game. Plus, and I'm not one to judge by graphics, the 8-bit graphics are outdated. No need for photo-realistic 3D, but a little more details would have been nice.
As for Ninja Run, it's addictive but not like nicotine - after a while, you don't want more.

Game is good, no mute button, no challenge and bad music XP makes this bad. I say 3/5 is this but your the first ever to make the shooter/canabalt reaction there and that makes the 3 points. 3/5 is still good though... Right? Just make it a little bit more challenging, like enemy ninjas actually SHOOTING NINJA STARS.

Not terrible. It's okay. Too complicated for a game like this lol. Auto run games should just be jump, and thats it. Still a 3/5 though.

canabalt did not establish the run and gun genre it just happens to be the only decant run and gun game on this website.

Hi guys! There is no game on Earth that can compete with Canabalt. It's simply the greatest. And I didn't even tried to. Canabalt established a new genre and I just wanted to make a new game in that genre. I've added to this concept a lot of stuff (shooting, double jump, grappling hook, shield, slowing down, speeding up, achievements) and was concentrated on making a game with more fun than tense. Canabalt has completely different feel. And I love it. And I just hope that players who likes runner games will enjoy Ninja Run as well. Cheers!

you captured the addictingness and gave more variety than canabalt but in my opinion canabalt still is the prettiest of this genre

I find it quite annoying you swing, he releases by himself drops further down and you die. That kinda pisses me off but it's an exellent game for when bored

wow i got the multi kill, super ninja, and run master achievements all at once and the second i got them i died. lucky me

3/5. Would have been better, but the game keeps on freezing for 2 seconds every 100 meters for me. The game still runs, but the graphics freeze and you are running blind. Took me a while to figure out why I kept dying suddenly.

you cant make a series of different versions of one game, i know you say 'inspired' from canabalt, but this is ripped-off from canabalt...

lol just start at the normal speed and when there is an enemy just press the speed up button, so it acts like a killing shield of unlimited, when the wierd ninja sign is around him all enemys die. So just walk normally and keep pressing the speed up arrow each time one is close to you. KEEP THIS MESSAGE ALIVE!

I'm going to have to second everything TheoQ99 said. All you need to do is hold down c and your enemies are no longer a problem. Put in a recharge for that and for the shield to make the game more challenging.
