A couple GUI suggestions. Abilities at max should should as max not a 0/n exp. Resource could have a color bar fill in addition to numbers as action related ( If clarity is a concern make the color different than action related bars)

A total $/sec would be a good add on.

Upgrading teirs does not always seem to be an improvement

there are some price issues with managers, a digit off whats needed and what it costs. I noticed the ban manager in particular actually cost 10000000000

A game that crashes this much should be in the beta section

I noticed there is a problem with turning off the music. Nothing wrong with the music itself it just doesn't fit my movie.
