If you follow the instructions perfectly, thenn at the end he will ask you, "Are you a boy or a girl?". When I clicked "boy", it responded, "No, you are a man.", then, something like "You know I always loved you"-not sure whether or not the "you know" was there...-and the path is different. Wierd game, don'treally understand the whole thing, but good overall...
i didnt get anything, but i beat medium...should i refresh or sothg? -esc+other buttons dont work, such as the # keys, for the most part...[thus, no "return to title screen" option for me...]

@ GrizzleBear, someone said earlier (a while ago) that it was about self-inflicted cuts-the nurse says that he's lucky, because he didn't hit an artery or vein...so it makes a bit more sense, i think
Does the name matter? I used "Man", "Death", "The Bubonic Plague", and "Homo sapien(s)"-with and without the s at the end-among others....they worked to a good degree...until everything started shutting down, and all. Might end up calling it "The Terminator", in the hope that it would work at killing off the enemy...
