If your reset button isn't working, please leave your browser/OS/Flash Player version in the comments (or PM me if you don't want it in the public). I still can't reproduce it on my end so fixing it would mean taking more shots in the dark (one of which fixed it for some people, but not all apparently.) Thanks!

The December updates disappearing was due to the recent Kong maintenance. It should be fixed already, but you might want to do a "cacheless refresh" just in case (instructions for all browsers via your preferred search engine.)
