Aw, dang it. My Grammar Nazi instincts tingle from the very beginning :( Most of my friends know me for being one of the most absurdly Grammar-Nazi of them all, and it says to help fix typos in the description, so I can't help myself. I usually do this via private message to the devs to avoid giant comments, but oh well. 1st paragraph: after "sight", end the sentence or put a semi-colon. You can't combine two full sentences with a comma unless there is a conjunction or a semi-colon (only if the 2nd sentence is related to the first, which it is in this case). 3rd paragraph: after "the body split", you forgot a comma to separate the two sentences before "and". For the curious, the 4th paragraph starts with an incomplete sentence, but it is excusable as it is an expression, and the term "behold" is implied before "one", and "behold" implies the subject "you". So it's all good. The rest is fine.
On a game-related note, I'm quite excited about this game! :D
I appreciate your attention to detail, and you are indeed correct about all of your points! I would definitely appreciate any errors you could find in the text past the loading screen. However, the loading screen text is a quote from Terry Pratchett, so I'd rather not alter his writing. He is also writing informally, so it won't adhere to strict punctuation standards. I do sympathize with your preference for semicolons over comma splices, though. I like semicolons a lot; you'll find a bunch in the text!
Ninja, when you're almost full and collect, it doesn't collect past your max, so if all your producers are full and you can only collect worth 1 producer, only 1 producer will give you resources and the others will stay full.
Agreed, it's really a great game, except for a few flaws/bugs, but hopefully all that will be fixed. For example, sometimes clicking a building to move it becomes impossible after it was moved. Aside from that, the thing where every "please" is "pls" is getting annoying. This game looks so professional, but then there is this "pls" crap. In any case, still deserves a high rating. c:
@venusdc3: I didn't spoil it! I said something that you could have noticed since the first level! When Genu talks, you see his name in the background of his chat. He's one of the first people to talk when you start your game. I just didn't notice until the end, and referred it to the previous games which you should have completed or at least tried before playing this one. :P
@cchhaarrlliieeee: Click on the "units lost" bar at the end of a battle to view the units you lost.
@Zachbrew: Red barriers will get easy to kill later on, once you get a bunch of rares. They are a challenge at first, but they don't really need a nerf. Their point is exactly to distract you while the other enemies attack you. Just get stronger. :)
@Morlack: You can go in options and activate "unit details" for more info. Once they level up, you can put them in the bank to see all their stats including their buffs (from other units). If you want to see their base stats (including their upgrades) after they rank up, put them in the bank and change area. Their stats will reset to their base stats (once again, including upgrades). Hope this helps. :)
I just noticed now, after having beat the final level, that Genu was on our side the whole time. O.O Yet, both previous games were about destroying him. I'm a bit confused now, but even more intrigued. I can't wait for the next one! O:
The fighters are animals, and the title is "Survival of the Fittest". I can't help but think of Darwen's theory when looking at this. xD Was that intended? Haha.
