Don't see why people downvote the comments about this being a clicker heroes copy. Trying to hide the obvious truth or something? It IS a clicker heroes copy with better graphics and slight changes to the system. The worst part is that they copied how the numbers "grow" in this game as well =( 33,988M should be 34B! don't wait with increasing the value until it starts counting in 100s, do it even for 1s... 1,000 million IS 1 billion, it's so annoyingly confusing when you see 33,485 million with an increase of 400 million dps on a hero. normal people call 1000 mil a billion, we don't wait with saying billions until it hits 100 billion, it's pointless. Sorry about the rant, it just makes no sense whatsoever to type out the numbers like that.
The reason it's like that is because it gives more accuracy. If it jumped to 1m etc. then you'd be looking at rounded numbers for several levels which is ... boring. As for why people are downvoting you, I guess it just seems childish complaining about one game being a clone of another when the entire gaming industry is built on iteration driving better versions of archetypes.
Quite a good game, lacking in some areas but quite unique in others, not going to bother with details just now since I'm only at 4 mil PPI which is still early-game. One issue however is that Jupiter Farming causes the $ sign animation to stop showing, AND (and this is very important) it causes my options window and ascend window to both become invisible. Meaning once I buy the Jupiter Farming upgrade, I have to open the ascend window and sort of guess my way to where the ascend button is. Ascending still works but it's a real pain having to do it like that (or skip the upgrade). 3/5 so far, 4/5 once that's fixed and possibly 5/5 depending on my experience later on in the game.
Same as others, people keep mentioning a tech tab but there's nothing... And from what I understand it was supposed to be used to unlock constructs, which are already being unlocked by levels, has it been changed or something?
Great game, not gonna bother with getting all achievements though, due to the fact that the achievements alone aren't enough of an incentive to keep playing after seeing what the last floor is (curiosity kept me going to get there). also like others have suggested, it would be nice to be able to press the button from any floor. Also, more variety in floors would be awesome, with only one floor currently standing out in the crowd, it feels like that could've just been yet another J/s floor. Right now that specific floor sort of looks like a half hearted attempt due to no other specials being added. Giving it a 3/5 for lack of variety and lack of end-game incentive, great base game though!
I agree with people that say leveling takes too long... Sure, the game shouldn't be easy to finish (it's an idle game though, you can finish without playing..) but if you need level quests then at least make them shorter and instead add more areas... Been sitting in the Uranus map for almost 1,5 days now and I've gotten almost nowhere, even with proper upgrades. I don't mind a game taking time to finish but it should be interesting while getting there. Right now just leaving it on for 2-3 days for ONE quest is extremely boring. An idle-game shouldn't force the use of an auto-clicker, this game does, and even with one it still takes waaaaaay too long. Might check back for updates someday, right now though... not worth playing once you reach the space maps.
Have to say, as much as I understand the "Prestige is meant for leaderboards/playthroughs, not to make the game easier" opinion. The game lacks incentive to keep playing for that very reason...
You reach a new prestige level and you gain more money, things cost more money and you have a higher miner cap. The result? Each prestige level takes exactly the same amount of time as the last one due to the earnings/cost formula.
IMHO it would be much better to make each prestige level cost (possibly a lot) more while keeping the upgrades at normal (or 50% increase or something) costs, and instead add like a talent point or whatever kind of reward system for each prestige level.
Great game other than that, but really needs a push other than "get a spot on a weekly rather useless leaderboard" to keep it more interesting. 4/5 from me until I get a reason to smack more rocks xP
Could use an option to turn off numbers and effects, or anything like that to get rid of the weird lagg spikes you get on EVERY hit... Still takes like a second per hit due to that spike even though my weapon is supposed to hit 5-ish times per second at the moment >_>
One of the easiest hard badges so far ^^ Don't understand the people saying the kill quests are too RNG based, you can easily affect the outcome even with random movement taken into consideration, and usually clear the quest within 5 tries or so. Great game! Could do with some even more funky weapons though ^^ 5/5 nonetheless!
Great game, apart from the suggestions I've read there's one more thing I thought about. A fast forward button, or speed toggle or the likes would be great. Some of us (me included) tend to replay levels to get those troops geared up and sooner or later you'll just sit there and let the enemies come to you, at which point that speed change would be very much welcome!
Don't quite like how you kind of need near-perfect scores just to get to the third level to be honest. Should be slightly easier to progress early in the game and then ramp the difficulty up when you can at least kill something else than snails. Can't remember it being this hard to progress back when I last played it.
To those of you complaining about a mute button, have you guys even CONSIDERED trying to press "M" even though there's no one waving a sign in your face about the hotkey? If you can't find one in-game then try pressing M or right-clicking for a menu. If neither of those work, THEN you can complain about the lack of a mute option. But until then, use some common sense, that you should have by now if you know so much about flash games that you feel confident enough to rant about such tiny details.
@LordBucket If both you and the enemies got tougher then there'd be no point to make either one tougher anyway ^.- This isn't an MMORPG where a level indicates power, think of it like Tetris where higher levels meant a faster speed, but that didn't mean you got faster reflexes to match it.
The reason it's like that is because it gives more accuracy. If it jumped to 1m etc. then you'd be looking at rounded numbers for several levels which is ... boring.
