Movement is way too slow. Jumping is unresponsive and not very accurate. Fall damage from super-double-jumps is moronic. Randomness means you have a fair chance of not getting the items you need (made it to the boss with 10 rockets and never got anything to fire them) and multiples of items you don't (I got 3 maps, 2 double-jump pickups, and 2 super-jump pickups...really??). Just really unpolished and frankly boring.
Maxed out the Blacksmith Expertise upgrade. Still have absolutely no idea what the + bonuses do. They don't appear to have any noticeable affect at all.
Achievements are not giving me the full amount upon completion. Currently working on achievements 46/47/48 and only have $853 available cash. At the same point in the walkthrough, they have over $1400 to use. It's making the game 10x harder to finish than it should be, and the walkthrough is completely useless as a result. Please fix this. Also, a reset ALL progress option would be greatly appreciated for those of us that might like to start from scratch.
And Hallway Hunt remains the most annoying mini-game. At least the rest of them can be done with some skill. Hallway Hunt really just relies on pure luck that their eyes don't cross directly on top of each other. :-/
Rockets are completely and utterly useless. I launched all 30 of the final tier rockets at the start of a level onto a single turrent and didn't even come close to killing it. The disruptor killed it in under a second. Also, making it impossible to kill every enemy in a level by splitting it in half and forcing you to pick one side while sending enemies down both just shows terrible level design. And lack of mouse control on a shooter is just...ugh. It looks nice but it's boring, slow, and repetitive.
They claim this is the first football game that lets you play the life of a footballer. Except...y'know...it's almost a exact copy of New Star Soccer just in first-person view with a bunch of terribly-acted cutscenes. Ditch the broken energy system and it might be worth playing. But NSS is still better if you need a good football fix.
Precision-maneuvering with one of the most imprecise control schemes I've ever seen makes the game less fun and more frustrating. Forcing you to fight against the controls the entire time is the WRONG way to make a game challenging.
Im sorry, I couldn't find the problem your describe. There are a limit to five balls, are you expecting to get more than five? Because if you have four balls available and then you hit two extraballs, you will end with just five anyway. That's something BowWow commented I guess. I am going to upload another update today that will take out that limit and some minor visual improvements. Is that right? Thank you
You must hit the extra ball cans or get it rolled using the bell in order to get the extraball. Just knocking it off will just give you points as it was a regular canister. The same happens to the poweball bonus. It also count for combos.
@thegoodlocust It doesn't always work even if you DO click on the buy button. I've lost several thousand steel already and it's kind of ruining the game at this point. Add to that the fact that it's impossible to avoid PVP, and trying to make progress in the game is becoming a chore.
Apparently, a rabbit in a hat is actually a "cylinder"...
If you're going to base a difficulty around only having names for reference, you should at least put some effort into naming things correctly. -_-
We just published a new version and abbreviations should be fixed now!
