This is a well-crafted and addictive game. After countless attempts, I *finally* won. And I'll come back for more, that's a guarantee. Great replayability factor, designed by someone who obviously has played a lot of dungeon games. Please keep on making great games like this.
Seems like a nice idea. In general I'm not a fan of timed games like this, but that's a personal preference. Definitely like seeing a responsive developer, so keep up the good work!
This game is very simple. That is in NO way a bad thing. It is simple because it allows you to do what you are supposed to do easily and effortlessly. Replay was a true joy, because of the clean game play, and ESPECIALLY because of the stellar soundtrack. Sometimes I would stop playing and just listen to the whispers. Nice variety. If I have *one* minor thing to change, it would be the delay between the last chicken and the next day feels almost too fast - the first few days, I wondered if I was doing something wrong. A slight delay, to show the last chicken's fate, and then fade to next day, would remove that uncertainty. All in all, thoroughly enjoyable - thank you!
I'm stuck trying to escape from the Pyromilites prison... I'm hiding in the shadows, but I still get stuck when I leave them, no matter which way the guard is facing.
Great game! Nice concept, good execution. As others have said, the only thing to really improve are the "success" messages; sometimes they are oddly specific. Stick with something more generic like "good job" or "Complete". Other than that (and that's easily ignored), this looks like it will be quite fun!.
I think I like the concept, but I feel there is definite room for improvement. First, I'd love a bit more of a story/plot, to help me understand why the stalkers, what to do with the nymph, etc. I figured out how to kill the stalkers, but given that the deep pits suck you in if you come just a little too close (without seeming to actually touch them), it becomes frustrating quickly. There's some definite promise, but the gameplay issues make it fall short.
Nice atmosphere, and good message. I think at some points the game switches from interactive to more of a nicely illustrated story, which cognitively was a bit strange for me; I kept expecting to be able to interact more. Also, the controls in the instructions aren't quite exact - perhaps simply say "keyboard instructions explained in game" or something like that. But very important message, and nicely delivered. Thank you for taking the time to make this.
Beautiful game! A lovely little demo, interesting additions to standard platformer gameplay. One issue: it looks like some of the medals might not be working correctly? I replayed and got the 'Goodbye Family' medal but it didn't show up on my Stats when I finished the demo.
