Ball upgrades need to be about 1/10th the cost. The appeal of the game is all about filling the column with balls, but the prices keep the tower nearly empty for too long.
Is there a way to get offline progress to actually work reliably? It worked the first time. But hasn't worked at all since. I've lost tens of thousands of gold in offline progress so far, kinda killing the game for me.
I press attack, a little blue bar fills and then nothing happens. Over and over and over and over again.
The Flee button also does nothing. It fills, I take damage and then nothing.
Really, really need to work on the starting experience of this game. I'm out.
The level 125 dungeon seems to be incredibly over-tuned. After multiple resets and progressing to Level 165 I can still barely beat the first wave of the dungeon and stand no chance against the second.
Also, every boss seems to just be immune to nine tenths of attacks. Seems a little bit much.
Just retired for the first time... My new "smarter" bikes are significantly worse than the first set. They've taken more generations to reach the same point as on my first run (48 gens to Level 2 instead of 30).
The Fishwich seems incredibly weak. I just unlocked it and its healing less than 0.5% of my health a tick. Unless it scales very strongly later, it might be a good idea to make it a %Heal or increase the base value if you want to keep it a flat value.
As it stands, its just a total waste of forging charges compared to the other options.
The default draw colour needs to be something other than white. Thought the game was broken.
I also can't find any option to build or deploy my ship once I've drawn it.
The reset everything button doesn't work. It just swaps between two warnings without actually doing anything.
Very nice, if a touch short. Its very visually pleasing to watch all the bloops blop.
Would like to see some more prestiges or other multipliers after the second run.
I can't quite work out why I would ever switch characters. Brutus gets a neutral bonus that makes his start super slow, compared to Arthur who was level 50 before I unlocked Brutus. Giving up 50+ skill points just doesn't seem worth it for a character who isn't even directly stronger.
Pacing needs work. So far I just buy everything in one go and then have to sit and wait for an undetermined amount of time for the next major upgrade to unlock.
As it stands, I'm resetting at level 80ish because after that its too slow to be worth it. And now I've hit a point where my gains up to level 80 require multiple resets to buy a single "+70% damage" buff, which is really not worth it given that I'm already at "+1200% damage". I've barely scratched the content, but its already slowed down to a point where its not worth continuing.
The amount of diamonds you get for beating a Boss needs to increase significantly as the Boss's level increases, in order to offset the increasing health and exponentially increasing cost of medals. Otherwise the game just grinds to a halt.
Decent game, I like the visual improvements with each upgrade.
Really needs off-screen progression (or at least income) though. Its paced far too slowly for a game that can't be tabbed out of.
Some of the maths seems a little odd. I just equipped "56 armour +5% armour" over a "54 armour +4% armour" and lost 5 total armour. Also, the total differed depending on which slot I which ring into.
I appear to have somewhat broken the combat. By totally ignoring Defence I've been able to dump enough points into the other three stats to cap Luck, get my damage to 132x that of my current enemy and I'm attacking faster than the enemies respawn. I'm going to give myself an RSI trying to spend all of the shards. I've doubled my tap damage (70M to 140M) in the time it took me to type this. Is this intended?
So far I'm not seeing the point of the Defense Stat. Its way more efficient to set up the other stats so you can 1-shot enemies; you get exp much faster and drops much faster that way.
The increase in exp gained and drop rate would have to be a lot higher to justify grinding monsters that you can't 1-shot.
thanks for the feedback!
