Social media: intentionally or no, still the conduit for echo-chamber self-affirmation, blatant rage, hostile propaganda, and obligatory cute animal videos.
It'd be nice to have a way to single-step while paused. At least, that would make rescuing a plant that's halfway into cascade failure already a little bit more feasible :3
Buying multiple tiles with shift+click is kind of buggish at the moment - you pay the cost of the tile on every mouse move event, without regard for whether the cell your mouse is over already contains the component, and without a credit for the sale value of the component it would be replacing. I discovered this when my I tried to put in a network of water pipes and drained my treasury instead. Whoops.
ooh, that one needs to get fixed. It happens only with components that have life - wind turbines, nuclear cells etc. (It refreshes them) Other components are fine. Will be fixed with next update
The overheating mechanic seems a bit wacky. An over-temp reactor vessel heats up all heatable components without sinking any of its own heat, and when over 200% instantly destroys anything placed - including a coolant cell that would be able to absorb the entire vessel heat load.
@Dbag26, dimensional shield is easy cheese but there are so many ways to get past that if you're having problems with it your deck has a hole in it. Momentum (buff or intrinsic), spell damage, any kind of permanent control, quanta denial/pillar destruction because that card's expensive, powerful shields of your own, sundials to keep creatures at bay and get a draw if you have light quanta, or even wait it out while keeping yourself healed.
The range of the lift exceeds the display range only so slightly that the vertical scrollbar is a huge annoyance. Also, is anyone else reminded of the failed attempt at an online currency called "beenz"? (In this case, jelly beenz!)
Lives limit and daily bonus? I can't handle another game that makes me play on its schedule to get rewards and cuts off long sessions with energy or lives limits. ★☆☆☆☆
Illusions seem to have been nerfed further, but at least got some compensation. They've lost some movement speed, the ability to take two non-move actions per turn, the ability to loot chests and are reliably insta-killed by melee attackers; at least now they can revive downed heroes and poke enemies for 1 damage.
Really quirky behavior: downed heroes continue to absorb ranged hits with HP going negative, and a TPK is determined when the sum of party HP reaches zero.
Healing and armor is complete nerf :( Just field GlassCannons that use SummonMagic to create CannonFodder then AttackAttackAttack. (Illusions make efficient looters, though.)
Another suggestion: some sort of ammo display, and roll over remaining time and ammo from one level to another. Consider either tagging the ball with DontDestroyOnLoad() and using a separate Start Location object to position the ball to when loading a level, or putting this information in a behavior attached to an empty object that is likewise tagged DontDestroyOnLoad.
On the other hand, when starting a new game, by all means destroy the old stats. :)
