@TransGirl No, you will always have at least 1,000 people, no matter what you do. You can kill off a third of those through war, but they will just "respawn" and you will be back to 1,000 people after a heartbeat.
After playing for a while, I must say I over reacted quite a bit. I do however still want my unemployed population to overflow from the top down into the work areas which isn't set to 100%. That would be very nice.
I just bought the worker distribution upgrade and I find it very useless to say the least. What good is it that I can change the % to overflow workers into my wood cutters when the eventual excess workforce doesn't fill the work stations of the areas with less than 100%?
I'm a sucker for such games. I really love the gameplay. This game made me die a little on the inside. While it's nice with upgrades, I find it very, extremely bad that I have to have an auto clicker to make it playable at all. Later I realised that I just cheated my way past a 10$ unlock that's actually inferior to said auto clicker. Another thing, I have to wait for my planet to have enough resources to set an auto transport of a size I want? "Send 10!" "But we only have 8 so it's.. impossible! - Oh wait, now there's 10.. You want 10 sent every tick?" I'd say "You're fired". I'm tempted to tell the devs the same, but there's a great chance to make this game nice and worth while with a very few quality-of-life changes. Your 1:1 port sucks for mouse use.
I probably read really slow cause it's completely impossible for me to not work overtime and the anvil ALWAYS tells me to get people through faster.. I'd really be unable to play the game if it wasn't for the overtime sales.
I can't help but see little trucks on the roads to my minds eye.. Can we please have little cute trucks that picks up from the sellers or deliver to the buyers..? :D
Happy with the game, rated 5, will keep it that way cause I see myself coming back time and time again. I've been with you since raid 3 was highest. Now my guys are level 8,819 and I'm really hoping you'll throw something nice in eventually. I'm looking forward to expanding/enhancing my base! I hope you're still developing now and then. This game really captured me for some reason. It needs a little love! :)
Could you add a log filter like "Info" that controls the red and green messages? I'd like to see all the story messages only, but they're kinda cluttered :) Or maybe set a 30 sec timer on the red ones, or perhaps update the latest, like the green save message.
Oh whaaaat!? The arguably most important aspect of the earliest possible game is left out of the tutorial. How the devil was I supposed to know to click the coin when the gem does nothing? I was sitting and scratching my head for a good 10 minutes nearly leaving the game cause absolutely nothing happened. I was sure it was unplayable without a clicker-program... Please do something about the intuitiveness of the game.. I strongly recommend reworking the UI!
Unfortunate oversight. I disabled the tutorial for that part when I was working on an update, and forgot to reenable it. It should be fixed now, sorry about that
Please explain to me why I should buy tokens in bulk? Their individual price goes up the bigger the bulk! I'll install an autoclicker to save a factor 504 on the 10k bulk.. A factor 504! Surely you must have put * instead of / in the equation..
Allright, so I had gauss guns. They sucked compared to the scatterguns, so I sold them all to buy scatterguns again. However, meanwhile I had the autobuy upgrades option on. So now I have no credits to buy even a crappy minigun and thus can't get any.. I have to reset the game and hope I don't make the same mistake again -.- Perhaps a 2k floor would be a good idea? That way I can atleast get one minigun. A configurable floor would be ideal, but as long as I can't get to where I don't have any weapons and no means to buy one..
No matter what I do I can only reset for about 150 points. Every time. It gets really dull when you build everything up and just mass buildings to get one or two extra points, reset, do it ALL OVER again! The only reason I really see to reset now (done it three times so far) is to get extra enemies on the map and that's a really vague incentive. If I could get tribute from my previous colonies, then there'd be incentive. But I suppose that'd be overpowered? I don't know. Think about it :)
There's a bug with the messages. When they drop down, they sometimes don't fall all the way, as if there still was one or more, but the space is just blank.
After reloading the military tab is darkened and the text is three questionmarks. I have no idea how to unlock it again as it was unlocked when I started playing.
Hey dev! Would you give us an option to show how much load our components are under (a calculated one, the acual one flicks up and down so fast)? Like a switch to show heat load % on each component. Like if I have uncooled cells dispensing heat into the reactor and extractors surrounded by fans I can't really tell how much load they are under before they build up heat and explode (which happens really damn fast with the last experimental fuel tiers). The only way at this time is to make one of the cooling units bulky by adding some exchangers and monitor their heat levels but I find it unreliable.
