Yuria, to take out the stealth units, you need to see where the cubes they fire are coming from, shoot in that area a few times (not too many, or they'll run away) to reveal them, then blast away with a rocket.
My guide to survival: Go nuts in the money stage with the fast ship (the last one), get as many Close Range kills as possible to get your multiplier up. I did it with about a x34 multiplier after the first stage. Then, I bought L5 Classic, L5 Lasers, Commander and Kamikaze cards. Very easy if you start with a high multiplier. :D
