So you don't get the lone wolf achievement if you put Bill to sleep before killing him, even if you don't use his help in any of the defense building. I guess you can't be a lone wolf if you have even the slightest hint of compassion.
It looks like the min damage upgrade doesn't effect the lighting spell. If this is intentional, it should be mentioned. If this is a bug, please fix. The lightning spell is my favorite :P Thanks for the great game regardless! 5/5
Bug: the forge keeps on deleting my items when I enchant or try to enchant them when they're not equipped. The obvious workaround that I'm doing now is to equip anything I want to enchant and then go from there, but it's still pretty annoying. Other than that, thanks for the great game!
This is so close to being a good game. The clunky controls (needs wasd/arrow key movement), horrible lag, and poor ability description (needs cool down and energy cost) keep it from being enjoyable though.
Would be really nice to have some sort of crafting menu that you can see without having the items in your inventory. I'd like to know what I need to get in order to craft things before getting them.
Really should give some amount of gold upon a defeat. It's really annoying to have a level almost won, and then two shield skeletons with one archer just sit there and kill you with no counterplay, and then you don't even get any gold for your time. The game has potential, but needs some tweaks to be good.
Would've liked some sort of different endings based on the decisions made, but pretty solid game. I discovered some hotkeys just trying out buttons, like r for rest of space for switch character, which helped make the game smoother. You should really add those to the description instead of saying "mouse only," and maybe implement more to make the controls even better.
So I restarted my browser to get rid of the speed up glitches, and all progress was lost. Is this due to the glitches or does the game not save your completed levels? If the latter, this really needs to be fixed because you can't expect everybody to want to go through the entire game in just one sitting.
The jump responsiveness is really just awful. I'm tired of mashing the up button as fast as I can to try to jump soon after landing, only to watch my cats stroll along blithely for good two steps before falling off the edge I was trying to avoid.
So.... was I the only one who had a farmer kill me after making the last jump of lvl 5? I still got the badge and the ending played as normal, but it made the ending dialogue kinda ironic.
Exactly right MaderMax! In case it is of interest, in game terms you are really making sets which are divisible by 10, leaving no remainder. So 50 / 10 = 5 tens, 0 / 10 = 0 tens, -20 / 10 = -2 tens and so on.
It's a little silly that battle spoils from mobs are only based on what units you lose. I'd like to be able to farm mobs for resources, and not solely xp.
So how is auto raise any different than revive all? When cast right before an ally dies, it does nothing, and if cast when an ally is dead, it just revives them. I would think that the spell should add a buff that allows the character to automatically revive if killed. Is this a glitch?
Ok, I just figured out that the Doom Lair is the last dungeon you should face. I assumed it to be the first because that's where the quest marker was. Maybe after clearing the first three dungeons my team will be leveled up enough to not get one-shot by the Doom Lair's boss.
Love the game, but I have to say, the post story bosses are just stupid. Immune to all debuffs and able to one-hit my entire party no matter how tanky they are. Boss fights should employ skill and make one have to think hard about how to keep your party alive, not just hope that the boss doesn't cast an all target spell that wipes your entire team.
Huh, kinda dissapointed. With ranged classes, you can't even see the battlefield, you just stick with your other ranged units and assume that you're firing at something. Also, I feel the moving mechanic would be greatly improved by a wasd option. Loved the two previous games, but let down by this one.
Keep on getting a glitch in lvl 10 where I suddenly go from full lives to zero without letting anything get even close to the end. It seems to always happen in the last wave or two.
it was mentioned in the 'next wave tutorials' - spell tinker improves lightning's MAX damage instead of min. Thanks for the rating!
