Are the enchant success percents calculating correctly? I've failed at 98% probability at about a 20-25% rate, which, while possible, is very unlikely.

inspiration/microtransactions/crediting other developers' resources/etc. aside, this game has some serious performance/memory issues that are killing the display after only a couple levels. Unplayable in its current state, t least for me.
I have abandoned this game at level 200. It has promise, but it seems like it was thrown together without a lot of thought beyond maybe level 100. My advice to the developer would be: don't get discouraged, but start small and make sure that when you add features, they work appropriately. It seems like this idea just ended up being too big, and you haven't yet had time to do it justice from either an algorithmic or a testing side. good beta; take the advice given in the comments and incorporate that in the next game. Something wonky: games says I have 43/48 achievements, but I am missing 6 (lv 200, 300, 500, time machine, 7 days, and all achieves) - so there's a miscount somewhere...
at higher levels, balance seems a bit wacked. Round about King's Games level 40 or so, all I needed to do was keep fighting in the games. the xp rewards are so high that each win gave me the stats I needed for the next level. And after you defeat the king, things just get silly.

I would LOVE to see a 2nd chapter on metaphysics. That could actually even be a multi-parter, given that it covers so much. Sorry.. geeking out a bit...
after playing a while, I think I've decided that a great defensive pet would have: adv. thunder (for prot ignore), adv. meditation (to power my life drains), adv. life drain (to keep itself alive), and anything else that's not good/evil or taunt (taunt keeps my counterattack from firing and gets the pet killed, which in turn makes my mana run out).
should really be 98 % you must be really unlucky ! Try more if you still think there a problem let me know
