This game is a lot of fun, but there's a fatal glitch starting in the second set of levels that doesn't even let me start playing the level. In fact, I'll start playing the level and it will go to the title screen with health bars and a pause menu. very strange and disappointing.
I like this game a lot! The only criticism I have is that it seems like you can beat the orcs with the humans by spamming archers. The Knights just die, and die, and die.
The AI seems unbeatable at times, particularly during caravan defense. They spam archers and recruit so much faster than you can. I wanted so badly to like this game, but there's only so much of that kind of thing one can stand. 2/5
This not at all what I was expecting. Absolutely beautiful, and very thought provoking. Time to find my blue flower and nurture it. Thank you so much! 5/5 stars
Absolutely Wonderful! This is a fairly unique take on the genre. Lots of replay value. I have no complaints, save that It was a bit short. I eagerly await Kingdom Rush 2... 5/5
This game is fun. Really fun. It's quite relaxing to just build and let the hotel grow. However, one of the finest points is the seriously hip music. Kudos to you, Toffeegames! 5/5
This is a game of timing. Miss once with your sword, and the enemy will pound you virtually at will, with little possible retaliation. This is a nice looking game, and the music is well-chosen, but the actual gameplay frustrated me a bit. Great for some, just not for me. 3/5
TD games can get so bogged down with things like skill trees, cash, upgrades, and other sorts of micromanaging. This one is a nice break from that sort of thing. True, this one is a little more difficult at first, but its elegant simplicity more than makes up for it. I like the "different paths for different baddies" idea, it forced me to think a little differently. I played through the first few levels and I'll certainly be back for more. 4/5
Wow. Just, Wow. It's not the most unique concept in the world, but this is stunningly well-executed. There's not an ounce of fluff or unnecessary features, just a universal story told via a game. Was this made by a young man in love, by any chance? :) 5/5
Xenoshadow215 and harvestsun have the right of it. I've been bringing my ship alongside an enemy, and if they're parallel to one another, unleashing hell with the cannons. the 5-6000 gold accuracy bonuses that have resulted are quite helpful.
I really like this. The concept is pretty unique, as far as I know. The Music is very atmospheric, which appeals to me greatly. Overall, no complaints. I'll certainly come back to this one. 4/5
The only thing that gets under my skin about these games is that the people are susceptible to falls, direct hits with bombs, etc, but not to being crushed. I can't tell you how many times a load-bearing peasant has screwed me out of a victory because he's buried under tons of rubble. Not only that, but then you've got to blast away the wreckage to get to him... But, this is a minor annoyance, not really a flaw per se, so... 4/5 for this one.
I have to commend the little guy's audacity. Charging into the fray and fighting with laser blasts, bullets, and rockets whizzing overhead. That, and the fact that he wears a top hat and tailcoat whilst doing it.
Another winner here. Killing the guards, guns, all of this would ruin the challenge, which is to stalk and kill your prey without being seen. Nothing more, nothing less. It's not supposed to be a bloodbath, or a Metal Gear game, but an assassination! Just enjoy this fantastic series for what it is! 4/5
