My game froze in the exact same spot the next two times I tried. I used different ships and different upgrades. The only thing that was the same all three times was the time, just after the boss on world 4, right after the words Bonus Round pop up. Hope this info can help in fixing the problem, as I like badges, and this one is now unearnable.
Like someone posted a while ago, on world 4's bonus round, enemies stopped spawning and my tail fell off. Kinda sucks. But still a fun game. It's a shame laser doesn't stack with bounce shot. That would be even more ridiculously overpowered.
Having watched Bleach, and hearing Renji say "howl" so many times, I found myself noticing it sounds a lot like "Hoeloe". Is it possible the band is named Howl?
Popper, I've noticed sudden deaths around that time as well, but I never really had the chance to watch my health closely. If I remember correctly, it was the floating fireball that got me. but it could just be that at that point, the enemies take several health off at once.
I agree that the computer knows exactly what's going to drop, but they do sometimes favor the player. I got a 5 in a row heal because 3 greens dropped next to 2 more greens, and the resulting rainbow was used to pummel the boss.
I was doing the final level of area 2, and around wave 4, a snake got stuck right at the spawn point. My towers couldn't attack it, and running into it didn't hurt me. All future waves ran up against the snake as if it were a brick wall (making them easy targets), and after I killed the boss, the game wouldn't end. It keeps going, as if I still need to kill that snake.
that's too many differences to be "missing something", Draconi. that's an entirely new game. I like this just as it is. Challenging, addicting, fun, and maybe even a little cute :D
After a bit more playing, I've come to realize that the notes I'm missing are always the same. In 0x1311, on standard, there's a string of red "bar notes" that go 2 - 2 - 4. Somewhere in there is a note that doesn't register correctly, making the song impossible to get 100% on.
This game would be perfect if it weren't for the fact that the game fails to detect button presses at times. Turns a game of skill into a game of luck...If at all possible, please fix this.
I give this game a 1/5, simply because there is no option to give it 0. You've taken a dumb idea and made it humiliatingly bad. congratulations to the creator, and to Dim. He really is true to his name.
raff, that's not the game's fault. either you never saved, or the save got deleted. Don't rate the game down for something that's your own fault. (or nothing's fault)
neither the Zunder or Fury are clearly superior. They do well in different ways. A friend of mine says that Zunder is better mid-game, and Fury late-game. From what I've seen, I believe that.
I like Eternal's idea of somehow combining these levels. You could take the first level in each game and turn them into levels 1 and 2 of the combined version, and so on like that. Obviously you'd have to change which level have the tutorials, and you may need to balance things a bit differently, but it could seriously work. Or you could take the much easier road of just putting 30+ levels in your sequel.
it'd be a slight improvement if you could see the blue blocks that you're getting rid of. but changing each and every maze to incorporate that seems a bit too much work for such a small problem. Up to you really.
This would be so much easier if I could put the wasd feature on the left side. that way my brain doesn't have to criss-cross them, which is how I keep losing focus in the first place.
obviously, you don't have what's required to enter. I'll save you the trouble. you need to be rank 90 or above. There may also be other factors involved, though.
jebe is correct about that, but it goes even further. Tukkun himself doesn't want badges in his game, because then once people got the badges, they would just leave. Think of it this way. The game has a built-in 600 badges. They're just called achievements.
Hoeloe doesn't like Bleach
