Underground building is awful. I never know where to click to set my pipes right. I think there is a problem with the 3D representation.
Otherwise, this game is quite fun, I like it.
I keep finding those pieces of armour I can't give to anyone. This time I bought a “Savage Elite Steel Armor” for a hefty sum, but no one can wear it (I've got two mages, one rogue and one warrior on my team). Why?
It's a pain that you can't upgrade your raiders when they're dead. I mean, no, it's alright, I don't mind; but I keep wasting money by reviving them :/ Could make the Revive button a different one?
You need to put in a way for us to compare our equipped items with what's in the shop. Either make our equipment appear in our inventory ; or display two windows when we hover over an item we'd like to buy, one with the carac of this item, and the other with the carac of the item we have equipped.
Good game on the whole :)
I agree with Kesshi. Basically, all I want is the armor, the crossbow and the giant axe (no special order). I upgraded the rest because I had money to spend, but when I get one of those, I'm like ‘Oooh, come one, gimme something cool!’.
I would suggest allowing the player to chose which items can appear in the game (eg with little checkboxes next the icons in the store).
But great game on the whole! :D The difficulty is, imo, very well-dosed. The fact that the cross-bow and the armor aren't permanent is a good idea. That way, even in the last levels, a green… thing can still one-shot you if you're not careful.
So many issues with movement! Don't get me wrong, this is a great game! (pet Chief Troll :D) but it happened so many times that my character just kept walking in a direction, and I couldn't do anything about that. Had to redo the mission… :/
The game has real bits of fun in it, but some things quite annoy me…
I don't get the armor system, for exemple. I changed my $100 armor for a golden $300 one, I didn't see any difference. A single hit from a 20-dom kunai can still OS me…
And the respawn system gets on my nerve too. It shouldn't be possible for someone to spawn right on you. You're with your bow, handling an ennemy, when suddenly a warrior appears right before you and starts hacking through you. Damn infuriating.
But, again, good game on the whole ^^
Great game !
I agree with Athrial, the list of available ghosts could be a bit more convenient ^^
And maybe add a feature to trade ghosts for a few souls ? Because when I trip like a noob and earn a x9pts ghost while I already have a x22 one, it just takes place.
"Oh, what a cute shop! There are a worker, a carpenter and a bladesmith inside. Oh, I know, I totally should ask them for a magical scroll, and if they don't have one because, you know, there is NO frigging magic user in the staff, I'll just storm out yelling 'But you're ALWAYS out of stock!', seems like a totally legit and sound reaction to have."
I guess the "consumers are d*cks" part of owning a shop is almost perfectly rendered.
Think about it. Thanks!
