Yes it loads for me in IE now, and it even has available all the progress I made when I was playing it on Firefox. Much <3, faster developer response & fixes on super-fun game, 5-STARS!
Very latest flash, IE 11.09600.16518, Win7 64-bit, http://www.kongregate.com/games/IIBlocks/install-d, I'm logged in. The game says "Loading", but the thin red line never moves from right to left toward the blue box.
The game does not need any power-downs, since the paddle is so small to begin with. Plus the power-downs are too similar to the power-ups to distinguish between them. If you're gonna have any power-downs at all, since the paddle is so small, then the power-ups should be permanent. And they fall at the same rate as the ball most of the time, so your opportunity to catch them is small.
Hi AceFrahm,
I'm really sorry it's not loading for you. Unfortunately, I'm not sure why it isn't loading for you :(
Could you send me more details? Is it just a black screen or does it stop loading at some point? Maybe your flash is out of date (the game requires a rather up to date version of flash). If not, perhaps you could send me the browser and operating system you are using? I've tried a bunch of different configurations locally (firefox, chrome, etc.) but I can't reproduce the problem here. Any information you have will help me resolve this problem.
Thanks so much!
Hello Ace, ok I added a toggle music button on in-game to mute the music(not sure if that was what you meant). I also tried to fix the background scrolling a bit. As for power-up, I think I will skip that. Don't think this game will get much plays from what it already have, so this will be the last few changes I will make. Thanks for your opinions and suggestions :)
The upgrades cannot be bought! Even the "back" button on the upgrades page doesn't work unless you click on the rim. Did you playtest this game at all before you uploaded it?

I know! Let's make a game that makes you start over from the very begining for any little "mistake" you make. Let's combine that with a requirement that you aim for and land on targets that cannot be seen, far, far offscreen. That'll be fun!
Fail. The same images with different extremely similar backgrounds are the things we're supposed to distinguish? No colorblind person could hope to play the game!
Thanks so much for the information, it was invaluable for finding the bug. I hope it loads correctly for you now :)
