I think a way to speed up the game would be wonderful. Also, had a couple of occasions where the enemy didn't do anything for the full duration of the fight (with a full action bar and no broken parts)
great game. just one thing. the monsters are freaking creepy. almost died of heart attack when I turned around and found one right in front of my nose lol
fun, but a few problems here and there. such as randomly not recovering even after visiting a city, bugging when you press the "go" button too fast after a victory, and the waves and waves of 1 man buccaneers that pick fights on your vanguard is plainly irritating.
I don't quite understand how trenches are supposed to work.. I bombard them with tons of missiles and they aren't even scratched, and the way they seem to sometimes die and sometimes survive seems completely random.
Finally beat the boss run! a few pointers for other brave players challenging the run (no spoilers) 1. for the weapons, use either of the first three x4 with split & homing. Yes I know the damage loss, but homing is a must for later bosses because you'll be running away a lot and the bosses are really small without the outer armor. 2. use the shield for the ship mod. nuff said. 3. there's really no answer for bombs & hull. I personally chose antimatter so I can rush through the hard patterns and red hull because I liked lots of regen, but I'm pretty sure focus regens faster if you have high max focus, and speed is essential for dodging some boss patterns as well. 4. Missles dissapear when they go off-screen. Stick to the screen edges and those pesky missles won't be bothering you (click and hold LMB to prevent losing focus on screen) 5. Don't give up! In the end, boss rush is really about memorizing patterns and getting used to it. Happy hunting!
After a few hours of grinding and a lot of trial and error, decided to give up the last mission. Either I'm missing something very important (not the lightbringer, mind you) or the game requires even more grinding, which I'm not willing to do:(
