I'm not sure about some of the choices in layouts, the colony names in the box for example, but it works alright.
Might have a smaller audience, given the Spanish.
What I like, now, is the very fact that this man now has made more money in twenty minutes than the entire face value of America's Debt, and all he can afford is a top hat.
The point is to push through one line and hold the other two, something Humans can't do very well, at least at the beginning.
This might be frustrating with some, and I can agree with them, especially as the backstory hints at something of a stonewall, but I digress. I think user interaction needs some fleshing out, as gameplay is simplistic, but the mechanics seem sound under the hood. In short, good base, needs polish.
So there's a bug, where if you assign someone to training, then include them on a project, the whole team goes on strike.
I'd say that's game breaking.
Which is sad.
I love the concept, and want to see a much richer sequel.
The amount of stuff in the background is mind boogling, and while I understand the board game's mechanics, eventually I just chose the Ninja's for the money and advanced from Africa/Australia; alot of complexity that needs to be diminished for better strategy, but I can't really come up with a method of doing that.
All in all, I liked it.
We tried a few different approaches to lower the complexity (especially for the new player who skips the tutorial) before the release but we felt that the game would have been "watered down". That's why we made the national actions not really necessary to win the game in easy/normal. We also wanted to mix better the lore between the evil organizations and some kind of quests but then the game didn't feel right, while letting you jump into the action was what we felt was better. However we really want to see a sequel in the future, too, but we still have a lot to learn about what works in conspiracy! and what doesn't: every feedback is welcome! thanks!
Mechanics and design are sound, although I concur with my peers concerning introducing gameplay elements. Also, there seems to be an error with the return button, it has taken me to the menu twice now...perhaps a layer issue?
Updated, please leave more suggestions. Also, all of you started with humans?!
