I am quickly ending up with all my bags full up of potions. I wish there was a way to stack potions. Still, it's a great game. I gladly ponied up 50 Kreds for Premium content.
If you're here for the "Badge of the Day," it took me until level 12 to beat the Turtle. And then I ended up having to spam magic at him. See if you can do better!
This was the best game I played today. I think the timing was just right. And for those who say the final boss is too hard, he's a standard Nintendo-type boss. You memorize his shot pattern to avoid his firepower, then shoot him when he lands. It only takes 4 shots.
I don't know where it went, but there was a comment I read that said "If you're not getting the achievements, keep refreshing the screen until you do." It worked for me. So, if you're just here for the Skyrim contest, you only need to ride the dragon once and get the single bronze Dragon Rider in-game achievement for the badge.
To beat the 1st level in 6 turns or less: ignore the tutorial. You MUST capture Middle east the first turn, India the second turn and Siam the 3rd turn. If you are not in Indonesia by the 4th turn, forget it, surrender, and try again. You can afford to get Ukraine on the 2nd turn, but you must get Middle East to be able to keep the computer from going from Siam to China.
This is how I got the Hard badge.
It was actually kind of fun. I liked it. I would put a hard limit of say 30 phases, though. If you can't beat this game in 30 days, you're not trying hard enough.
I love Gyboman. His game "the Drive in Game" is literally the lowest-ranked game in all of the Internet. So I laughed when I saw the description and knew it was a joke. So 5/5, because I want to die laughing watching the Kongregate boys try to figure out badges and achievements for this game!
A very good start for a game. And you can add more colors: for example: orange it is only below you and silver, it is only exactly left or exactly right of you.
Not very realistic....where are my 200,000 brothers all yelling "Brrgggrgrrrgrlll!" and appearing out of nowhere the minute I get into combat with something?
