One of my favorite games. Still plagued with glitch-y movement in the higher lvls. It kinda sucks when your little avatar just runs to a wall and sticks there, always in the middle of a mosh meaning almost instant death. Wish we could keep upgrading as the monsters keep proliferating. More armor, more damage would be nice. Lvl 28, wave 25, 35/35 seems to be the dead end, or at least the time to click on 'more games'. The rock sound track is cool but gets redundant after a couple hrs. It's easy to confuse the levels with the waves. Four stars. I guess I'll be watching for a Gliese Apocalypse or some such.
Cool game, very enjoyable. Short but sweet. Survival mode sucks of course. I detest playing anything that is suicidal and doomed to fail, especially to the last man, but I got the badge...for what I'm not sure. But yeah, I'd like to play a more extensive campaign.
I dunno, seems pretty pointless once you have maxed out all of your upgrades to lvl 20. You then just keep healing anyone left in your five little units, and click next battle until you lose the initiative due to lack of personnel and can no longer stand in battle, especially because the enemy has cavalry and you do not. I've got Money:164,000+ and nothing to spend it on and no more upgrades. I'm riding a dead horse now with my troops getting picked off one by one and no way to replace or re-gen. Unless I missed something, apparently all you do is play till you lose (interest). I don't need to grind to a halt and spend more time just to accomplish less than I have now.
I cannot believe I just spent most all my day off idling this g.dmn game just to get to lvl 15 and run out of food, preventing me from entering any more battles. The crap 'recipe' I used try to build a mace is going to take another 40 freakin minutes. Even the three chickens you can blow up to get a measly few food creds takes forever to re-gen. I am NOT going to farm the first couple lvls in order to spend the next few days building up for another attempt at the necromancer's nest or the stupid ass catacombs...again. I want my day back, this turned into a big "kreds" rip off. I hate you greedy fkrs! I wish Kongregate would ban the kred sale B.S. Three stars down to one.
I'm afraid that if you have a life this game becomes quite pointless and fruitless after a couple of hrs or more of idleness. And oh shit, if you try to acquire a higher 'tower' you face an unobtainable pyramid of other towers that you have to purchase as prerequisite. Once again, unattainable that is if you have some sort of life other than that of a career as a couch potato. 3, no 2 stars.
I got thru with the vulcan minigun and maxed out health regen, reload and accuracy, armor piercing, and finally autofire turret and upgrades. I was actually surprised to get to the end when I did, everything started shaking then takes you to a congratulations screen, then it's start over, hmm. I usually don't play games that don't have a reset or save function. 4 stars.
Naw, kinda generic and tedious. A lot of 'work' for very little results and just to go broke and get over run ultimately. How are you supposed to repair your town center? I just let it burn then quit. Maybe I'll try again some other time.
