Christ, can't even survive level 2 as all the monsters seem to kick my ass. :# More a careful stat balance and resource management game than conventional RPG.
The pirate girl is missing her eyepatch in the dance scene. So either she's lying about loosing the eye during her pirating career... or she has one of them fake glass eyes. :#
Eh, is ok, but glitchy. Witch academies don't make near enough magic to arm the witches they produce. Catapults take up "people" when made, but you still need additional soldiers to use them? Eh.
Final boss - YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR GOD DAMN MIND. GOOD CHRIST.
But I will beat it, damn thing. Got it to a bout 1/4 hp before it toasted me. You are an evil EVIL game maker. D: But rad as hell final boss. Looks familiar from some other game feature...
There is truth to the longer campaign = more points? issues. Makes more sense the quicker and more decidedly you defeat your enemy, the better your army is, or some jazz. But, I'm not one to complain. Have dragged out campaigns for more XP. D: Very nice, though. Other comments suggesting a compelete mute sound likewise reasonsable. But a very nifty game. Would like to see more like this with more diverse units and such. Good jazz.
It's also fun to send wave after waves of hobbits to their doom. Prolongs battle, and gains more XP, than say, using more valued or efficiant units. Poor hobbits.
