I like this game, but it gets really grindy later on because the amount of gold dropped doesn't seem to scale up enough. I get to the higher levels and still only get a few hundred gold each time when units cost tens of thousands. Still good game, and hotkeys help a lot.
For those getting the Kee'Tah bug, just exit the level, you'll still keep the money you earned. Still don't understand why I can't buy an alien part even though I have enoough money.
I think this game is way underrated. It's fun to play, has some varied enemies and some interesting weapons, and some other things for replay value. The Hard Survival challenge may be Impossible Badge material. It does need a few improvements: There's no excuse for putting disappearing money in a game in 2013, everyone should know people hate that. The bouncing-punching-bag physics when you get hit is a pain. But I gave it 5/5 anyways, it's a good game.
I'd really like to see DJ Maniax 2. I've read stuff that said they're working on it. This game is awesome and I;d like to see a new one. And audio worked fine for me.
I always keep coming back to this one. Kong should give this one badges, instead of random borderline unplayable games where you randomly bounce off of asteroids.
Wow. This game REALLY needs a confirmation screen when you hit "C" from the pause screen. I don't know how many times I've gotten really far on a level, paused the game and accidentally hit "C" and it instantly goes back to menu. had to start over, then ragequit. Awesome game other than that.
Controls are bad, when I "double click to jump", half the time she just runs off the cliff. This could be a decent game, but it's pretty unplayable if I have to double click for jump.
Love this game, the light/shadow/speed effects are awesome. My only complaint is the "150 tris" achievement. I know a few people have done it, but I try over and over and over, magnet equipped, and can't do it and therefore can't advance in the game. It's frustrating. Maybe there should be a "mercy rule", like if you try 150 times you can skip the Achievement. Great game though, 5/5
This game runs SLOWWWWWWW (like 1/4 normal speed) on firefox, I had to install Chrome just to play it. I hope Adobe and Mozilla work out their differences because these compatability problems hurt developers like these guys, who are probably getting a lower rating than they deserve for a problem that's not their fault.
Careful, from the pause menu "continue" just unpauses the game, but do NOT hit "New Game". It will immediately erase your whole game and make you start from the first level, it's not a "Back to Main Menu" button.
Be careful, when enchanting items they don't always get better, instead they get re-randomized. If you have an item with really good stats that you want to hang on to, do NOT enchant it.
