@zombierachel: Since you don't actually see the reaper die, he might just run out of energy and collapse until he gets more red souls (which could be souls that one of the other reapers had too much energy to absorb). Or it could be as in Piers Anothony's "On a Pale Horse": the reaper who has gotten careless is killed by one of his clients; then his corpse becomes the killer's corpse, and the killer replaces him as reaper. (Why were the newlines left out of my previous comment?)
@Trignano: Actually you should just press the Print Screen (or Print Scrn) key to copy the screen (then paste it into Paint, as destroyer10 said). Fn is a modifier key that AFAIK exists only on laptops, which (on mine at least) turns the keys 7890uiopjkl;m./ into a numeric keypad, Num Lock into Scroll Lock, Print Screen into System Request, Insert into Pause, Delete into Break, and lets me use the up and down arrows to adjust brightness, F1 to put the computer into hibernation, or F8 to switch the display to an external monitor.

@zzzzzz: If you picked up the blue powerup, it should have given you an "extra life" in the sense that it allowed you to get hit one more time before you died. This meaning of "life" is corroborated by the description of the "Untouchable" achivement: "Complete a legion without ever losing a life."
@resterman: Since there's no achievement for killing the Black OOZE, my guess is that it's not a cell, but the spot that gets left behind after killing a DeathRupture.
I completed a random size 4, but it didn't register at all. I guess it has to be a _basic_ size 4 -- which is what I expected, but it doesn't seem to say that anywhere.
And both Monsters' Den and Pokemon were better than this, and will be even after it's debugged. Some parts of this don't even make sense -- a battle in a castle gave me no money for winning, and I've heard that other players have actually _lost_ money for winning battles. Even if the enemies are weak, I shouldn't have to pay them for damaging my animals!
My saved games keep getting deleted and replaced with old ones! The middle slot had 3 puppets and 3 ghosts who had won 46 battles (including 3 castles), and now it's back to being a ghost, 2 unicorns, 2 fairies and a python who have only won two.
I tried zcollvee's strategy (which i'd seen posted before), but even when my virus had no symptoms, five countries with no borders closed their ports (both ship and air) before becoming infected.
Parasite might work better, since it's less noticeable. Although I don't understand why the disease carried by the biggest kind of antigen wouldn't actually be _more_ noticeable.
@Jokester: The retreat-and-rest option is still here, but (as in the original MD) only if you defeated all 10 groups of monsters on the previous level.
@Andrei: The person you quoted might have been playing the new campaign, which doesn't have a fixed number of levels. Instead, it ends when the player creates the journeyman's stone out of 9 glowing stone fragments (received in certain battles). For many players, it has gone on several levels longer than necessary, as they collected the fragments but didn't know they had to double-click the stack of 9 to assemble the stone.
the "curse" ability seems to vary in strength from 10% (corruptor's touch of corruption) to 50% (shadow's hex).
it is a reverse damage reflection -- instead of reflecting damage dealt to a particular unit, it reflects damage dealt by a particular unit.
As I've said before (maybe only in chat), none of the abilities Sonny can learn deals poison damage.
If you're asking how you can take advantage of the +600 poison piercing on each piece of the paladin's equipment, there _is_ an answer to that: Give it to Veradux, who _can_ shoot a poison bolt (it looks like Sonny's magic bolt, but green).
@5hort3: No, buffs/debuffs cast in combat don't stack. Apparently they used to, as there is a comment on COCAK that "Blinder is a useless build now."
@Tucanae: I'm currently not really trying to work up anything (although I had 169% damage reflection on my second cleric), but I know that the items "of discretion" simply let a character skip the usual 1-turn delay before retreating -- but they still can't retreat until it's their turn.
Unfortunately, it seems the Poison Piercing is a lie (at least for Sonny) -- there aren't any moves on the tech tree that indicate they do Poison damage. Get all the Paladin's equipment if you wish, but give the first set to Veradux, who can use a poison bolt. (Although I didn't stop fighting the Paladin until I had 7 bodywears, so I ended up with 2 complete sets of his armor!)
@MaddAdams: I haven't tried fuel of war yet, but I do think the list of records should include "low win score" for each mode -- maybe in place of "game won", which currently lists everyone with the same score. I completed thunderstorm mode with 13,466,730 points.
@Meepo: there's no alternate way to kill bosses, but the alternate way to get the Huge Manatee badge (I assume that's what you're talking about) is to find and complete the first covert assault. You find covert assaults by getting a high enough rating (5 stars is necessary, but apparently not always sufficient) on a certain set of battles (in this case, the ones before the first boss battle); then a 'radar' animation reveals a red balloon, and you can play it like any other battle on the map. You'll still need to defeat the boss to unlock more battles, but you'll probably have earned enough promotions once you get all those five-star ratings!
Djai's message was the latest one I saw before I posted my last message. Apparently I've had this window open since the 27th!
Now I need to go to bed -- I'm posting this at 12:38 AM, that last level took so long!
@SoniCanti: Try getting that badge on a non-boss level, and not making the types of calls you have already gotten 25 of. Also, you might try playing on the easy level if you jumped right into elite.
I just completed the elite campaign, building nothing but thunder globes, beating the final boss in just two passes and finishing the level with 1,234,450 points. 6 of my thunder globes in the last battle lasted until the boss came (reaching level 5), and 4 even survived its assault. Thunderstorm mode should seem easy now!
