I was about to complain that not only did it not give me the badge for the medals I already have, but it didn't give me the card either despite having done a large enough combo, but apparently the mechanism for registering the awards has changed - reloading gave them to me.

If the boss glitch is the falling through the floor thing, it was either fixed since I started playing a few minutes ago or it isn't fixed, because I'm falling on a black screen right now.
I agree with sgtdroopy- a reset button would be nice.
It would also be good if it recorded which levels are completed so one doesn't need to finish them all in one sitting.
