tsjak: Nice try, but I already tried. It refuses to save when I'm in the town(NOT in battle, I tried that too). It just keeps saying "Save Failed", and this occurs with the post-battle auto-save as well, so it's a problem with saving in general(no idea what on my end could be responsible for that, if it's not an issue with Kong). Either way, not being able to save at all sucks majorly, especially since there's no way I'm going to devote half a day to sitting in front of the game trying in vain to get past Day 3. :/
The game's alright, except for one glaring problem. I can't save! Unless you can only save in Hardcore mode, which is kind of ridiculous, if you think about it.
MAJOR glitch. If you saved, defeated the skeleton boss north of town, then reloaded(for example, if you mistyped the answer to the riddle), the guy in town refuses to let you go south, and there's no boss to defeat!(Just the 2 minions, so in theory you could grind till the 150 damage goal, but what's the point?). Major game-breaker there.
I don't get it. I start the waves, and the only reason I even know anything is going on is because of the mini-map. The main area is just a big black morass, with the ocassional fireball in the upper left corner, and judging by the motion in the mini-map, wherever I click, the monster just shoots to the left. Major bug, or do I need to upgrade Flash, or what?
Not sure if it's because this game is really memory intensive or what, but everytime I play this game for more than 10 levels(inclusive of reloading the same level!), I get disconnected from the Internet. Not just disconnected from Kongregate, the Internet itself.
I guess most of you complaining didn't play the first one. The tactics are much the same. Don't launch first. Watch to see which cells the CPU attacks, then launch at their starting cell. This works unless they're very far away. In that scenario, launch into as many nearby cells as possible, so that you have twice/thrice/four times as much regeneration(since all cells regenerate at about the same rate, assuming the same size and lacking the 2*Regen stat), and then drag through multiple pumped cells to fire a combined salvo. Just for kicks, I'm going to remove every genetic trait from my cell and beat the game through from the beginning. :P
Tip for new players: Pick any civilisation with the meteor. Healing sucks once the enemy gets to bombard you with impunity(witches and the like), and you're forced to hack through their front lines to get to the artillery.
I totally second/third/fourth/whatever squashing the King/Soldiers when you have them under a wall and the ball lands on them. Getting hit by the falling flag could cut them in half too. ;)
He seems to hit the ground less vs Orcs and Elves, compared to Humans. That pound robs you of 500 castle health a hit, which means you have 50 pounds before you lose. :(
Got the following: 5, 6, 6, 5, 6, 1. Clicked "3 sixes", "Single one", "2 fives", but the "2 fives" only banks in one of the dice no matter how many times you click it. Tried removing the all banked dice and clicked the "2 fives" again, but only banked in one die again. So have to manually click the second five in order to claim my free roll.

Re: Skill
Don't insult those of us who suspect something is up. I'm fairly sure the majority of us are fully aware that it's better to roll 3 dice or more, and to bank if you've only got 1 die to go(barring under 300 scores).
Re RNG:
It's impossible to make a truly random computer RNG. Even regular dice have differences in the paint/notches that will favour one side over the other. Perhaps we are witnessing the Skynetting of this AI...
I have no beef with gaby, but seriously, there's "probable", and then there's "You have to be ****ing kidding me!", like when you score 3k points in a round, and the CPU then repeats your feat(with similar results, at that).
I had a 2700 point lead after gaining 3350 points from a back to back triple pair in a single round, then the CPU rallies in the next round and gets back to just 50 points behind me. I call shenanigans! DX
I don't mind the computer being a nervous Nelly and saving every so often. What I mind is how it appears to be getting the 1500 point triple pairs every 5th (opening)roll. This coupled with its ability to rake in 500 points a round means it gets ridiculously hard to win unless you can pull of some multi-thousand rounds.
Sawblade: You might want to do some fact-checking. Triple kick doesn't work in Gladiator mode. The knee stomp still works. It just doesn't do any damage(the enemy's kicks still do, however)
Toldor would be so much better in Gladiator mode if he didn't have that stupid overhead stab. Gladiator mode wouldn't be a complete pain in the rear if those short sword guys would quit hiding behind their shields every 0.1 seconds. Otherwise, overall alright game.
Spamming Hobbits between the Angels works. The little buggers spawn quickly enough that "The End" has to keep pausing to fire at them, giving you more time to rain hell on him.
Putting "lemur *insert word here" seems to have a good chance of putting you in Madagascar to start. Out of 10 tries, 7 times I wound up there, with the other 3 times being when I'd started the previous game there. Maybe something to do with infecting the world except for them?
