Please do something against the scrollbar being "kept" be the mouse cursor, when it moves out of the scrollbar area :) Very annoying, that you then always have to click on the bar. Especially when time is running short :D
Seriously, what ralfo (me) said. One single unit can kill four melee units, if they're positioned unluckily. And the computer knows that and kills the other, way more dangerous types, first ^^ Yes, one melee can make sense as a shield. They're still too useless. Blessings, too :D
Buying XP for creatures is a great idea. Because right now there is the following problem: Early on I loved how the game wants you to switch monsters strategically. Later on you only very rarely do this, because you just can't switch a lvl 10 monster for a level 1, which would be stronger at lvl 10, but at lvl is extremely weak compared to the enemies. The progressive strength is definitely a great thing, that many more games should have. You just never get bored :D But yes, sometimes one tiny little fight is too tough because you just have the wrong combination, there something like an inventory would definitely help. Or monsters with several specials. You know, if you need help to think of special abilities, feel free to message me. I think I'd like to get to know you, anyway :D
First off, thanks for all your great feedback! Very appreciated! I think too the leveling could be improved for higher levels. I'm toying with the idea of "fusions", that you could sacrifice a creature and its XP to transfer it to another creature. This would boost them a bit and also free up slots in the reserve. ...but well, this would take time. There is also a lot of specials planned for the higher level creatures, but well, it takes time.
Little bug, when you forfeit the moment you are losing, the "you have been defeated" notifier carries over to the next battle and you'll thusly loose that one, too.
I spose monsters stop having effects like fire, because at some point you get items, which do that. Yea, they definitely need abilities, while fixing this by enabling us to freeze AND burn AND poison them, thusly probably needing to make these effects weaker. There needs to be an option to release monsters, gets way too crowded :D And yes, definitely more items and different screen size. Still wonderful, though!
Tiny mistake, though, the turtle upgrade +2 resistance only gives +1. While I'm at it, love the balancing, how at every point of the game you need strategy to win.
