Amusing, but short. And could use some other upgrades. Maybe different weapons? And I agree with others, the bosses drop WAY too little cash compared to how long it takes to kill them.
First, the music at starting is annoying. Leave it off until there's a mute button available.
Second, I quit this as soon as it got to the "open a new window". That's just too irritating for a game, sorry.
Something in the sounds is really rather painful. Very high-pitched squeak or ringing in some of them.
Other than that, a very interesting toy. Quite enjoyable and time-consuming.
The 'herring thing' is just that: a red herring. A red herring is a colloquialism, meaning the same thing as a wild goose chase, sort of. It's an object that's just there to distract you, with no real use.
