ok fast and dirty way to play this early on at least. First forget about the second base, pick one with a clear firelane and let the other die. Second, buy 2x lower build and upgrade cost. that halves the cost of gun turrets. When you ggo into the map build one gun and upgrade it damage and shot speed first to max then send a bunch of waves at a time. second "wave" wait a bit to finish maxing out the cannon then send a bunch of waves again. can buy a second canon and repeat.
not sure it's possible to survive the first 10 rounds in "lets do this" without losing lives as there's not enough cash to work with. No idea why half these TD games are so horribly unbalanced that they are either trivial or impossible.
btw really bad form to have the end fight wide open before you get the third key. first time though I beat the game without realizing I should have gone right.....
Another good combo is taking a hard single hit brute who has above average hp (say a t-rex) and tack on the + action command. blam just doubled it's sweeping power. Beasts are just sick sweepers with innate +2 crit attack
well have to admit those eggs really add complexity to monsters. tacking on a +1 attack power to someone think a behemoth and you are going from 2x3 attacks to 3actionx3powerx3way attacks. upgrade that gem to green for 3x4(3way) the beast's insane hp/armor and you have a really nice center sweeper that can take a hit.
From the map there's a purplish disk symbol in the lower right portion of the screen, Not the greatest place to hide it and no load function without restarting hehe
never mind the 1 ratings.. those people just post out of a desperate need for attention hehe.. a solid 4 star game for sure as the kong rating bears out. Basic problem I see is that the lives system, combined with the awkward offense to makes brutes disposable.The alone isn't enough to make things difficult but the new recruit system of starting level 0 (or 10 if you waste 3 skill points) makes knocked out beasts a very bad deal. Ditch the lives system or let beasts recruit at current area levels imo
for the ghost castles I just went in with max magic and spammed the counter + 3 spell for one gem each turn. The ghosts ended up killing themselves with some help from a pair of t rexes. Easy fights.
starting out best team appears to be 3x rhinos in front and 3x eagles/frogs in back. no magic worth a darn but then again picking random teams assigns you mismatched counter productive setups the vast majority of the time. Rhino's or rerolls boffo says.
got to 28.31 mins in survival but pc was so lagged I was getting about 1 frame per minute hehe. The second to last award is for getting all the other awards. Max you need for survival is 20 mins, after that good luck as the screen is wall to wall incoming.
ok some suggestions... no timer on next level, replace it with a progress bar. Have a choice of back grounds... so make a few random rpgish places to run in place. this has promise!
I honestly don;t know which is worse... the fact there's no badgers in this chat app or the fact that boffo just got a high score on this thing.... better than most chat apps!
