No problem at all steam rolling this game with the same tactics I used in the first incarnation; namely ignoring the hero's stats and beefing up the passive skills that help my army. It appears the skills your hero gets are dependent on at least the race you pick. I picked Olga and for infantry and ranged boosts which work well at the start
love the upgraded rate of fire on the upgrades. If possible maybe add some range to the ice poison fire towers on upgrade.. nothing major just enough to have them cover the far lane. Also adding info on what exactly an upgrade does to range and rate of fire would be nice. Really not a bad td game in the slightest. Great Job.
ok well the update bugged the game a tad bit, first if you start the game on medium is stalls. Switching to easy or hard then back to medium works though. Also if you quit out and restart the chapter it starts at the level you quit from... nice to see the game updated though hehe.
for all it's generic appearance, this is really not a bad little td game in the slightest. The basic concept of resistance/immunity is a solid foundation upon which to refine the game. A few suggestions: the frist upgrade is required for arrow towers because their level1 damage is too random to be counted on... other than that, the other upgrades aren't that important that another tower isn;t as good an option.... please make upgrades a little more compelling.
Promising little td though I'd can the warcraft link hehe
easy easy game but real fun and looks purty. when you come back to the game just to blow some stuff up, try getting smart missiles as first upgrade. those things are cheap and work super well to farm the cash for max canon + triple shot. Fun stuff, too bad absolutely no challenge haha.
wow this is just pointless. No flying critters, no point upgrading lower towers and the sound is indeed about of scooby doo. Half expecting the wave to say "If it weren;t for you damned kids and that meddling dog..." 2 points for 'pointlessnosity' and the cool drums *blink*
This is a fantastic first game to be honest. Simple, to the point and brutally honest.... up to double digits, I guess this is acceptable!
My suggestion would be to let the player choose from what color their bunny is! on account um yeah!!
wow this game is great. Really clean ui and the puzzles aren't pushovers. Not too sure what people are saying with learning curve too hard.... I personally like it the way it is.
So hard to resist egg puns... must... stop.
A Skald was an Icelandic poet filling the role of the Welsh bard or Scottish Bagpiper. Skalds would be... uh more than one? rofl.
What you learn from crosswords on the trolly.
This game is too buggy to be worth a badge btw hehe.
er gradius ahah whatever been a long time.
btw if you want a high score just pick up straight and narrow attacks like megawatt and low levels fire walls and skip the seeking weapons like megabite.
At the first green biohazard looking boss, just farm the gears he tosses and make sure not to damage the boss itself. each gear pops a 300 point, slow countdown chip to snap up and the difficulty never raises.
Imo remove the points from the gears and maybe mix the bosses up a bit. Endless Charlie Chip Bosses get old =)
5/5 as this little gem bought a boffo right back to the old school raiden hardcore scrollers hehe.
The penalty for getting hit is pretty effing brutal as the series it emulates so that's more a design decision than a mark against.
Most powerups are easy to understand but well no idea to this moment what magnetron does other than possibly take a hit hehe.
To soften the game play a bit Might want to add a shield powerup that always takes the first hit , preserving the other powerups.
Fantastic game.
Still no over watch mode.. honestly see no point playing this until a sort of reaction fire is implemented.
Sad really as a lot of effort went into this game.
This game is the Balloon Wars of Crappy Turret Defence games. Polished etc but just like with their ballon game, this one sucks every ounce of conceivable entertainment from the genre and grinds it into the ground due to repetition.
