I let the game linger for almost 12 minutes on Gru and Sigh's conversation just to watch Dregg get beaten up forever - something about watching that just did not get old.
Sorry I didn't see any reply's. I saw them all today. I apologise for the delay. Thank you for playing my game and writing me feedback brokeman11. I added the controls you suggested and a few more. I should have allowed the player to move with arrow keys on the map you are 100% correct. I didn't make too many modifications from the android version as I hadn't planned on putting it on the web. I developed it around touch and didn't change the UI world map part. I'll look to change this in the future.[See your other comment] it wouldn't let me reply with my longer message to you, sorry.
If I may offer a little constructive criticism 1. unless you're using it for something else, allow the option of using 'up' to jump/attack 2. since the mouse is rarely used during gameplay, allow the overworld map and game over screens to be navigated with the keyboard (arrows could move around, space or enter could select, esc could go back to the main menu) 3. perhaps allow the player to keep moving when rescuing baby teeth since platforms and monsters keep going while they're frozen 4. When you die, if you hit 'retry/restart', you get taken to a completely different level. Dying on this different level takes you back to the level you originally died on.

It was just easy to have the tooth disappear when not on screen and I could guarantee how and when that would happen if the player was frozen while it happened. I must have moved the levels by mistake at some point, its only the first 3 I think. I have fixed that problem but the way the game loads data for each level means that the stars you got for the first few levels will probably be associated with the wrong level. You'll still have them but it may show you have no stars on the 2nd or 3rd level because they are now associated with a different level. I mixed up the level index I refer to for the loading, restarting and saving for the first few levels, so because you have save data that is using the wrong index's they will load in wrong but it isn't game breaking. Thanks again for playing my game and taking your time to write your feedback.
THANK YOU for not including a death counter. Probably would have overflowed anyway with the # of times I died/restarted on that last level. Very satisfying when I finally figured it out though.
Not that a 5 year old game will get updated or anything, but there REALLY could do with coins autopicking up once the stage is complete. Not a big issue with later ships, sure, but that starting ship... Also, the final ship's dark bullets against that black background = eww.
After coming across that wizard (the shop owner), Papa Louie doesn't seem SO bad. At least Louie didn't leave me with a 30k loan @ 180% A.P.R. on top of running the shop. But then again, killing werewolves > making tacos for fat guys, so, yeah...
This was freaking hard - I love it! Quick question though, would it be possible to place a few blocks above each checkpoint so you can't accidentally trigger a lower checkpoint after falling? I never realized I could move as fast as I did reaching for the 'R' key after missing a jump. Unless you meant it that way, in which case, ouch.
Hey, thanks for playing! That's actually not a bad suggestion, although I did indeed see that as part of the challenge, and in the few cases this can happen, if you let it, it shouldn't set you back too far. That said, I'm on the fence on this one, so I might still change it based on more feedback. In any case, thank you for bringing this to my attention!
