Well then, turns out the game doesn't actually check a win by seeing if the containers are full and none were spilled, because I'm being told I just failed as I look at two lovely full containers of water, with not a single drop lost.
Huh, ran into an odd glitch. I had the flamethrower out, and suddenly it's ammo count started going up instead of down when I fired it. I had it at 36/12 before I got killed by a gang of phantoms.
The difficulty curve of this game is just kinda... Well, stupid. It was fun enough going for the quests and whatnot, and taking down the Eye of Evil was also fun. But then I continued that game and instead of struggling against ever harder waves of zombies as expected... They became eaasier. Went back to being mostly greens or small demons. Not a giant demon in sight. That isn't how games should work. And the dificulty never picked back up again either. I got past 800k with 4 lives left, and by then my interest was gone. I liked it when the field was full of extreme danger. Please don't reverse the difficulty curve after a certain point. Thanks.
Not a fan of actually shooting at people in this. Though it leads to some fun moments where the alarm is tripped, a guard runs into my position and I shoot him, but the alarm expires so he turns around and runs off >_>...
I'm a bit bummed my progress from yesterday is gone, but that just gave me the chance to try getting the ladder upgrade first. Yep, it's possible. It does require some more thought through, so it's basically hard mode until you raise the funds to get the other upgrade.
My one complaint is that the timer doesn't stop after you score the final basket despite stopping on your screen. There are times where it shows me getting a gold on the little time bar, but I get a silver anyways. Other than that, great game.
