Interesting concept, definitely not bad for being made in a month & has potential to be fleshed out into a full game.
A few suggestions:
Implementing better path-finding (a* or something) for the escort when the level is over would be nice, so for example on the first arrow level you wouldn't have to backtrack again to get him around the maze.
Adding more abilities to the guardian would be nice, for example an area of effect slow ability, or the ability to root an enemy in place for a brief time, could make for some interesting additional gameplay.
I didn't notice a tutorial explaining the double swing mechanic for when you block an attack just right, I only found out about it accidentally... So you might want to (if there is no tutorial for it) add one or (if there is one and I missed it) make it more prominent.
Thanks for your feedback. There really is no tutorial for the double swing and the path-finding doesn't always work. The levels don't rely on it though: You can continue without backtracking and the escort will be put next to you in the next room. I'll look into it once more when I have the time ^^

I just wanted to post a small update... Well... Not /that/ kind of update unfortunately... But, I wanted to apologize for the lack of communication on my part, as well as how long it's been since the previous update. I'm aiming to get the next episode in the infOS story out by the end of the year... Assuming there aren't any unforseen sphe-- I mean consequences.

This game is a bit of an experiment for me in more ways then one. For starters -- its the first game I've released with unity's html5 webgl export(it works for me in chrome, firefox, and Microsoft edge -- although sound doesn't work in internet explorer and I haven't been able to test other browsers)... Secondly, I've been learning how to make music with FL studio and this is the first game of mine with my music in it. Lastly, the game was originally created in less than 10 hours(including the music) for the FGL game jam #30.
Please, do not hesitate to let me know your opinions!
Here's a quick update -- for those of you who have "Highest Progress Attained" at 3 in the highscores, you've seen all there is to currently see. I wanted to say this because the game hints at needing to reset to find something -- this will eventually be the case but it isn't yet. I'm testing/implementing the next update and its become a bit larger than what I initially thought it would be, and is therefore taking some time. Thanks for playing so far!

Quick question to everyone:
Is anyone seeing the text show up as pink blocks? I've received a bug report that someone is experiencing this -- I want to see if there's any additional cases or at least get an idea of how widespread the problem is... I have a hunch it might be happening to a lot of people -- I want to get it fixed ASAP(I have an idea of what might be causing it but I haven't been able to reproduce it on any of my machines yet).
Shoot... It appears I done goofed and made an error that made my score for all levels submit as -1. I'm going to get in touch with Kongregate and see if I can get that removed(I can't do it myself) so my phoney score isn't always on top... Sorry for the inconvenience!
Hey everyone, just uploaded a version that fixes the bug with it not advancing past the loading screen... Sorry 'bout that! Let me know if you have any more problems.
Just discovered an issue with sound that sometimes happens -- if you're sometimes getting white noise during sound effects, you can mute the sound(M key) as a temporary fix until I can publish an update.
