Great game, its very fun, challenging, and serene. This is the kind of game where there is no temptation to hit the walkthrough button, have some steak (apparently) and just try to figure it out.
I apreciate all the work you put in this game, i really do, but i just did not like it. Actually playing was more of a chore than a game, and i ended up just sticking with a 32 note song the whole game through. The characters were overdone, the dialog tried way too hard to be funny, to where it just became really stupid. at first in the garage the game was mildly interesting and i liked it, but the entire game turned out exactly like playing in the garage. it takes about 10 concerts in one spot to move on to the next, there are 6 playable spots, this means in the whole game you do the exact same thing (with the acception of changing from one mediocre song to another from time to time). It gets too tedious and repetative and, as i said before, becomes more of a chore than a game. 3/5, 2 for the amount of work put into this game, 1 for the game itself.
the achievement system reminded me a lot of achievement unlocked.
Great game, looking forward to more.
Also, i was surprised there wasn't an achievement for going from one platform to another without jumping, because i did that a bunch :P
great game. fun, the acheivments and upgrades give reason to play more and more, and the layout of the game is good. a couple things though, like more control of your units. Like in the goblin challenge, its near impossible to kill the black imps without comet blast because your dragon runs off in the other direction to the one imp that got past. or with the big boom level where heroes find it more important to kill the dwarfs in front than the bomb. another thing is the attacking for some of the heroes, like the main hero, to attack once he thrusts his blade above him, in front of him, in back of him, above him again, (None of those hurting the enemy at all)then finally slashes twice, also the second is often useless because the enemies are in the air, out of range, this is too much to swing a sword at an enemy. Also, some sort of narrative at the end of each level would be cool.
+ If you agree!
Not Bad, But needs a few things
First, Can anyone say "Mute button?"
Second, Reload should be R
Third, the character should always be in the middle, often its at the end of the screen so you cant see if someone is about to come up on you
Fifth, a bit too short :P
Good game, needs work, 3/5
It's OK. It can be really boring though. The creations are clever, but the game itself has no spark, no real motivation to play. I should be playing for fun, the only reason i was playing was for the acheivement.
Great game. I love the little signals too. like how if your running across really wide buildings a bomb is about to drop. anyone else notice that? Love the Canabalt games, cant get enough of em.
Amazing game, though there is obviously no one meaning. One can decipher a thousand meanings out of this. some can say obeying is the right choice, because it makes things more clear, makes others happy, and things easier to understand, and you can say disobeying is the right choice, since it makes life more colorful and carefree. Honestly, when i was first playing and i saw the colors it seemed like a bad omen, it was more difficult to play and got me killed more, the more dangerous choice.
A great game, loved the art and concept of it. 5/5
Looking forward to more games from ya!
the animations piss me off, it takes 5 minutes to win a level because of the damned slow ass cloud, and the idea is incredibly unoriginal
i would give it a higher grade, but there are too many good grades here. 0/5
1. add a button making the cloud go faster, and if there is one, make it more obvious, cuz i cant find it.
2. a bit boring and tedious, but its not too bad.
3. 3/5
Im playing it so far, and its not bad. im stuck, i have the power drill and the extension cable, but dont know how to plug them in, i know where the outlet is, help please?
