i think adding a few more classes and the ability to mix up your party once in a while would be nice. add say mage, or a rogue etc etc. and then pick between your 4.

Really dying for a mass creation button. be able to place buildings in like blocks of 5x5 or something. having to click every tile to place 1 building on some of these larger planets gets REALLY tedious.
The mouse has many registry states inside of flash. MOUSE_DOWN, MOUSE_UP, ect... The mods apply damage to the rock or boss when the proper mod is active and the mouse is being registered in this position. Thus: Mouse down = dmg, mouse up = dmg.
When in autoprogross mode, after you get beat you should have it kick you back 1 level and set to autoreset so you can farm and not just repeat getting your ass stomped over and over.
