There's definitely something wrong with the implementation of this game on Kongregate. It works fine on other sites, like Newgrounds. But for myself and others, it simply doesn't load on Kong.
If you're having trouble on getting brilliant on lvl14, here's what I did:
Since the ninja champion on lvl14 is the only one that you can't outright kill with fully loaded meteor strikes, we need to do a lot of damage before he disappears. Basically, you use a Fearful Crypt to freeze/fear him, and use a Catapult Den to do the damage. Position the catapult one square behind the crypt to get the timing right. This is easier to do on the left side, so make sure you have more towers on the right side so the ninja boss shows up on the left (I think that's how it works).

I can't beat the timed levels. There must be a problem with counting time and how fast the game runs on slow computers. It seemed fun, but I can't get through the training levels.
This game just isn't complete. Good idea based on war of prefectures, but the battles are slow and boring and impossible to control units effectively. It still has buggs; I conquered all the areas, but it wouldn't let me finish the level. Needs a lot more hot keys. I like the look and feel, but it just runs too slow.
Stuck on the star combination... can anyone verify that this game isn't bugged? Tried every configuration of the clues I could think of, including a little brute force...
It's there, just needs a little more work. More hot-keys are needed so you don't need to click through build menus. Needs battle groups so you can make groups of ships, rather than all or single select. Have repair drones selectable like ships in grouping. It would be better if the camera didn't re-center on where the current location is for building, it's really annoying for trying to accurately place a new building.
