yes, short but nice little game. If designing levels is too bothersome for you, maybe you could create a sandbox for everyone to create and rate levels, as they did in other games.
bug: Investment is still 2h after the Mathematics research. And on another note, you might wanna rethink the bonuses, both their initial value and progression, because it is a pity that most of them have almost no effect.
It would be nice if Devour All didn't devour orbs less than 1 sec old. Otherwise you might kill one that just spawned. I time it myself, but asking is free, so.. here it goes :)
Being able to better control the guy would be nice. For example: missiles always make him go up; why not in the same direction of the missile when it hits? Also, maybe the ability to throw a net to catch bonuses? not very idle-ish proposals, I know, but the launch part looks a bit "underpowered".
I don't get "The other way around looks a bit weird" but I totally agree with the first part. Thanks for playing and I hope you stick around through all the updates, until it becomes a true game! It's only my first HTML game, so I try to do updates with plays milestones.
Nice game, I would love to see some improvements, especially inventory-wise. Maybe filtering, or auto-sell. Also, a way for us to store more orbs, and different setups; same with attributes: either individual costs or the ability to reset. Beaten with cunning (DoT orbs for attacking + health and fortitude support orbs)
I don't understand the ultra low rating here :/ It's not a brutal story-engaging state of the art new concept of a game, but it is actually a smooth-running idle game, with a bunch of variables in play. It does feel slow, yes, and lacks the highscores that we love, but this is probably just an update or two away, hopefully. Looking forward to see it evolve and get a better reception :)
Thank you for the kind words, and YES I will strive to implement EVERYTHING people suggest to make this something that I can be proud to have presented to the awesome players of Kongregate.
ehmm.. at least in firefox, not only the game screen I see is about 1cm square, but it is actually half hidden by a scrollbar that doesn't scroll the view.
the controls are a bit.. weird. It's so easy to go out of control. Once you get the hang of it, though, it's doable. Note: on one race (4th maybe?) I was hitting all the accelerator rams and rings, going first, and a car drove past me, even faster; also, the car got stuck on the left side of a ramp, unable to move, and I see no button or menu (P, ESC...) to restart or anything.
