Fun game. Wasn't expecting to beat it tonight after encountering green slime in the first few maps and struggling regardless of getting stronger. Lol. Got a lot easier when I moved away from them and over to wolves and golems. Green slime, my nemesis. I'll literally walked backwards into a bullet as my brain spazes out. LOL!
Suggestions: After first prestige - If I have the spare work points, auto start unlocked skills & stats. Have the Complete (quest) button go where the Pay/Work/w.e buttons are, spanning all 4 rows; this allows us to just click in the same spot. Along with the last suggestion, eliminate the scroll bar for quest givers. Scroll bars are evil especially when they have to be used so much. One easy way to do this is to make a row of heads along the top and turn that left panel where quests currently are into an expanded view of the quest giver youve selected.
He has bad starting stats but his level up stats are better than most rank 6 in the game. I think the problem is rank 6 isn't a lot more powerful than rank 5.
Items should stack. Especially gems and eggs. Playing an inventory management game is not so fun. Also, a lot of clicks should be eliminated. Very simple example: When you land on coins, just pick them up. Also would go a long way to eliminate the after battle "leave" window; this alone would be massive. Just show me the xp earned in some scrolling text and keep it moving. SpellBallEther should be a one time use +6 MP item; that would eliminate several clicks. When using spells, the selection square should be bigger so you dont engage the monster in a fight instead of casting on it. Learn ability screen is a bit confusing - ended up killing off my main dude since I thought I was supposed to select the new ability I want thereby keeping the other monster alive. I could go on an on. Anyways. Stack items. Less clicks. Would make the game much better for others. I finished it.

EP or Merges per particular block is one thing that *really* shouldn't reset with Ascension. Overall, I don't like Ascension in this game. The early game is a slog fest and Ascension doesn't really make it better, even completely maxed out.
Feels like there were some other changes that arent mentioned in the changelog. Prior to reloading, I was hitting Block level 300 easily and quickly enough. Now Im inching to 200 at about the same pace as 300 took. Also used to be able to straight upgrade the better tiers to take me into the 200s pretty quickly whereas now I cant.
