Y'know, if I choose to find another city to reclaim after a victory, there's no reason I shouldn't be able to bring my research with me. I mean, how much does a diagram of zombie vitals really weigh?
Great tutorial, I don't use flash just yet(I'm using c# right now, which has many similarities) and it really does explain some very interesting and useful things that I hope to use once I start learning AS3. One little change I'd like is for the yellow effect in tweaks to be more visible, perhaps you can add a black background when it's active?
This guy must have one hellovan insurance company. He flies into an asteroid field, collects $50, dies, and they resurrect him and buy him a new ship at no cost to him.
Why do the mercenaries count as kills? The whole premise behind not killing the human targets is that they're mind controlled, and not actually evil, so why isn't it okay to kill the enemies that are actually evil?
Nice twist on the helicopter game, but the game seems a bit too tough early on. Also, why am I being paid to fly my helicopter into a flock of flying bricks?
Seriously, dude, stop. What will it take to get you to realize that noone wants to click a link to your site? This advertisement has been removed and you have been banned many times, and for good reason.
How to get hard badge part 2: Once you've killed the final boss's first form, he turns into the real final boss. Try to focus on your ship and remember the evasion tactics you used before. These will come in handy. At his final atttack stage, just do your best. You'll lose 1 or 2 health, but you should have enough left. Once he's dead, purchase the best ship and rebuy the first flag(that's what I did and it worked well). Now, the enemies should be easy, just be attentive. After a while, the final boss(or a member of his clone army) will show up. Just do what you did before and you'll be fine. After a while you'll be able to beat him easily. After you kill him, it'll just keep repeating.
How to get hard badge: First, work up to >2200 starting gold. Next, buy the first 3 flag upgrades. The first level and boss should be easy at this point, the second boss is tricky, but I find it's best to just dodge his attacks and only start trying to kill him after you've taken out at least one of his orbs, which will make them drastically easier to dodge. Once you've built up $2,000, buy the next ship, then build up another 2K and buy the last flag. Finally, build up 1175, sell the weakest flag, and buy the best damage upgrade. At this point you should be close to the last boss. His first form is easy, just dodge the shots and try to "dance" with the wallgun, avoiding being cornered. Continued in next comment due to char limit.
your right- I added more levels, so it is more different
