Jermell: It's a typical Cthulhu game element to preserve your sanity, as people being driven insane is an aspect in the Lovecraft books. This usually takes the form of a "sanity score" or is lumped in with "power" which refers to someone's willpower. Just thought I'd mention.
Runescape has a pathetic (nonexistant?) plot, an overly complicated set of mostly useless skills (i.e. I apparently reached a cooking level where I could make a smoothie-thing, all I needed was ten ridiculously rare ingredients and to pay to become a member), and a poorly made battle system. Oooh, it's a monster! I'm going to attack it over and over for 3 minutes and win with one HP left. Eventually you farm for enough hours to afford a decent weapon and you can just go around killing one enemy after another, which isn't fun either. It has quests with vague objectives wich just give you experience in a skill you'll never use.
So it doesn't work on anything but firefox? I've played amatuerish games, but those amatuers could get it to work on more than one browser. So I guess this means your totally inept?
Aside from getting routinely disconnected, it lags terribly even with the backround and music off, even when there are no other players on the level. 1/5
