Great job on the game. I have to admit I was a bit stuck after I got all 3 USB sticks and the screw driver, but eventually I realized what I was doing wrong. This was good, and very logical. I like that in escape games when the answers make sense, and it's not just blind clicking that gets you through it.
You inhuman monster. That was my little robot buddy, and it really made his day that I came and hung out with him, and that is how you treat him at the end? Had I known I wouldn't have played to the end.
I love that you can move with wasd, as I prefer that method of movement. Would it be to much to ask that the game actually say you can use them other then just the arrows? I always check wasd, but it's nice when the game actually tells you it can be done.
Nice change from the point and click. I almost got lost in a few spots. The area to use the pyramid could have been marked a bit more clear. Overall a good game to the daymare series
Being a Fourthdimensionalist by nature I found a huge flaw in your story plot that could have been easily fixed. You say they cannot travel back in time, only forward. Yet every single one of these people travel BACK to the beginning of the fire. That would be back not forward. This story would have made more sense if the FORWARD travel was what killed people due to the quantum fluctuation of the future and how you cannot predict if someone would be alive 5 minutes from now due to some accident. However the backwards travel works because their body is there to travel back into. I think a more fitting event for her mother would be she tried to go FORWARD and got lost instead of back. The sequel could be trying to find where she went forward to, and keeping her body in one piece till she can get back.
The controls really do make this game suck. I read through the control part 3 times because I could not pick anything up. All I can do is move my arm around and wiggle my fingers. I've knocked everything into the floor.
I used the Screwdriver on the Calendar and it told me I could not do that, but transported me to the engine room of the train. I stopped the train that was instantly back with my sister. Is this some sort of magical teleporting
Really no point in buying any other upgrades other then the ones for your gunners. The freezing troops are nice, and do make the tanks a bit easier to handle, but when you have 5 rows of fully upgraded blaster units nothing can stand in your way.
I agree with everyone about the jump and speed boots. We should be faster, and jump higher with those maxed regardless of what Power UP we have activated, or are lucky enough to get activated. I have gone many rounds without receiving a Jupiter Jump power up even appearing, instead being stuck with Rainbow Stars and time stops. Although nice, you can't really harvest the gold stars as quickly. It's almost pointless to even upgrade the gold/silver stars upgrade because you know you will not be able to collect them unless you get lucky. Good game besides this though. I think maybe there should be Diamond stars beyond the gold ones that you absolutely need the Jupiter Jump for, but you should have most of the gold ones available to those who have maxed speed and jump.
Wow, was not expecting that. Thought this was another epic hunting game. I don't care too much for this as the birds are too hardcore when they get close to the kite.
This may be a stupid question, but it's not obvious to me. How do you beat the game? I have all artifacts, and upgraded all subsystems. I thought getting everything would be how it counts as a win, but sadly it has not. I read all the videos now, and it says I'm trying to find the planet all these things are from, and that I can now triangulate the location. However I see no indicator on my map that points the way to this planet.
Wow. I loved the game HERO! Back when I had a Commodore 64. This is that game with a shorter fuse, and of course no hele-pack to fly around with. I miss the lasers though.
The truly annoying thing about this game is that it does not save your data if you delete all cookies. Why does this game not put saved data in the normal Kongregate folder? It's hard to play this on a machine used by more then one person when someone clears the browser history.
Not a bad idea with the diamond star thing. We may tweak the upgrades for the next build. We'll see what works.
