Nevermind. I was being stupid with the controls, although I will say it's hard to see the jets or the ship when the star I'm around is bright orange and obscuring the ship. Arrow movement would be nice instead of just WASD. I was trying to execute gravity slingshots around planets and stars, but I lack the dexterity to do so. I can maintain vision on the body I'm orbiting, so I can't aim my ship to come back around in a normalish orbit around the body.
A really great game to waste time with. Not particularly challenging, but I like that about it. But I'll throw in with the top-rated comments and say it needs more game length. A sandbox mode for extended play or a level-based extension would be nice. I can see the limits that the small screen would impose on extending the game's parameters, but make it an expandable screen, make the features smaller in comparison to the overall screen, or have multiple level layout possibilities?
Realistic fluid flow would be good. Try making a large reservoir that stores oil and have it flow through a sideways S-shaped pipeway to a lower reservoir. In real life, the pressure of the oil in the higher reservoir would make it push through the s-pipe into the lower reservoir. However, in this game the oil simply accumulates at the first low dip in the s-pipe. Still a very fun game though...I just can't simulate fluids very well with it.
Great game, and a testament to its genre. I will say I experienced a bug though. I was trying to launch the plane perfectly vertical, and it went off screen and nothing in the game responded, and then my browser (Chrome) froze up completely.
It's interesting enough to pique my interests. It reminds me of Mystery of Time and Space (which is by far the best game of this genre). I don't really know when I've reached the end though (Did I?). I wasn't playing with sound on, so if that's crucial then I'm kinda screwed. I solved two puzzles, got to the recording machine and clicked a button, and then all of a sudden a blocky smiling face appeared on all the clue locations and cracks appeared in the walls, and the recording machine became unclickable. Does that mean I won?
This game has a lot of potential, but I really don't like the battle system, especially since it is not very laptop friendly unless you have an external mouse. I'm not one to put a lot of work into a game that has elements I don't like, so I'm not going to be playing this anymore.
Well executed TD game with standard features well executed. I failed at Level 3 and I'm sure I'll be back to finish some time soon, but my patience has been tried to breaking point right now. There is potential for a lot of great features with this game...I only got to the third unlockable tower. This is an upgrade-centric TD, which I tend to prefer. 5'd it.
This game was actually rather entertaining, except that it takes forever to do anything. I'm assuming there is some goal if you make it high enough? I'm not good enough to make it that high...however high it is. So, I'm kinda left to keep doing the same sequence of chains and movement for however long the time limit is, which makes it kind of repetitive/tedious after a while. Where's the replay value? Unlockable things would make it more replayable. I'm guessing you get to unlock new players eventually, but there's only two to unlock? Also possibly a rocket powerup?
I'm going to have to agree with ChaoticBrain. This is kind of just a cheaply done, worse-than-the-original ripoff of The Impossible Quiz. We only needed one of that game in the first place.
Arrow movement as an option to ASWD would be nice. Controls did not work at first until I clicked on the red guy. Why in Jeebus's name is the cursor so obnoxious? And, on the second level there's nothing there. I just reach the end of a block and fall off because there's nowhere else to do. Not that I would have rated it any higher had these been fixed...it definitely would have been a pretty boring game with terrible graphics (terrible to the point of being distracting and making me want to stop playing).
It took me a while to figure out the gameplay. I assumed it was drag-and-drop. Once I figured it out, it was engaging and a little challenging. But, I was already getting repeated images in the 15 set, so I'm sure it would be even more repetitive in the 30 set. More images would be nice, and maybe make the "hint" a before-start option. Even though I could technically ignore the "hint" on my own, it was kind of hard not to see it, and I would have preferred to have done them completely on my own. It's by no means my favorite game, but that's because I'm not a fan of this genre. I'm sure people looking for a moderately challenging puzzler with some competitive elements to it will love it. Sequels will be called for, or at least updates.
The entire purchasing and battle systems need a lot of polish. I can't even see the words on the purchasing screens and there is no real incentive to keep playing. Battle. Shop. Battle. Shop. Battle. Shop. At least in some other dungeon-crawler style versions of this same game, there are lootable items to explore and new enemies to fight. It's a fine game if all you want to do is battle for gold and then upgrade to battle some more. I prefer to explore for my new items.
Alright, wish I could change my comments. The game is still good, but yes, it does get easily repetitive after a few couple dozen levels. Look up the TD "Temple Guardian" online. This is the epitome of an innovative, fun to play turret defense game with high amounts of customization.
