Kongregate does not allow you to post games that aren't yours in some way onto sites, otherwise every game would be on here 100 times by people wanting the advert cash. This game is already on this site. Stolen may not be exactly correct, but the effect is the same.
I dunno why people are saying this is new, turrent defense with the option to build autonomous defenses have been around for years. It's good though....but enemies are a bit samey, they just get bigger. Very polished though, 4/5.
Start leaking on wave 3, can't kill even 1 creep after ~wave 7. I suspect the creator balanced it so there is one exact upgrade pattern that works and anything else is suicidal. Without knowing how the game works (how much HP do they have, how does fire rate work?), can't figure it out other than endless trial and error. Completely fecked.
Diminishing returns for repeating levels...I am now stuck, absolutely no chance of getting past those dog things, and no way to get more gold or XP. And the 'speeding up' just means everything happens twice as fast, still watching all that boring animation over and over and over and over and over and over and over....
I don't think match-3 games get particularly good ratings. Maybe I'm wrong. The problem when you make a TD, is you're competing with DTD, gemcraft, bubbleTD, bloons etc....all games which are available on this site with a single click.....so if you make a TD, you really want to make something you actually think people will prefer to those....which is a big ask.
It's a decent TD, but there are SOOO many TDs that decent doesn't cut it. The genre has been done to death, unless you've got something EXTREMELY good, or a very new idea to add to it, don't bother.....
Also, setting it in space was a mistake....reasons for creeps to stick to paths are tenuous at the best of times, in space....madness. Just another another another tower defense game...
It's too slow man, remove the delay between turns (there to allow people plenty of time to read 'evasion' etc?), and add an option to skip enemy movement animation.
