I keep getting glitched... after a zombie grabs me and I break free I end up unable to shoot or attack in any way until I leave the area... my companion just died and basically screwed me over due to this... feels bad man.
Alright... I give up... I'm too bored here. It was MEH at first and it ended MEH. Weapons seriously bad... I like fireballs BUT NOT THAT MUCH. Also on the first boss level I was constantly saying "That's what she said."
A bit of feedback. There could be an "auto-training" system. Equipment could be added to the game and be found in the same way as recruits. For example you could spend money finding rare artifacts or hear rumors of an amazing sword that killed a dragon. Finding unique talents through constant "recruitment" instead of just hearing rumors (not sure if you already can but I hadn't found one all the times I had tried). Recruited very little due to how there were "talents". Would have recruited more had there been more spaces to fill than talents. Though I kept the starting guy during the first play, my entire team was filled up with talents the second play. You could get optional quests through training. Ex: Trains in forest and finds base of bandits; unlocks optional quest that yields more rewards. Still though, any game that can make me play through twice deserves a 5/5... so 5/5. Damn 1000 character max :/
It was pretty fun but ended up getting very dull. I just equipped homing and stopped having a need to do much other than press up or down every few seconds. Everything died before it could even shoot me and I was on the second from last difficulty. I can't say I really expected too big of a challenge but this was actually a little less than I would've liked. The weapons aren't particularly interesting in my opinion. If I had the option I probably would've just bought 3 homing missiles so I don't have to aim. The game actually got so easy that at one point I stopped controlling the jet and just let homing do everything and ended up surviving. Still, I enjoyed it before I bought all of the weapons so I'll give it a 3/5 for being "good" but not especially exciting.
Does torpedo do Kinetic damage or Energy damage... I used a 22 dmg *energy* torpedo on an enemy ship with 8,4,1 and it did 14 dmg... so it does Kinetic and not Energy or I've been reading everything wrong since...forever.
Alright the boss was ludicrous. It said tap left up or right HERE HERE or HERE with a little picture... needless to say I pressed left at left and he killed my full hp bar in one hit? I obviously need a tutorial for fighting bosses... not worth it to play this imo. Well whatever... that wasn't nearly as bad... as when two ninjas came at the same time... do you want to know what their names were? Lost and Game... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.
Noticed that projectiles actually have to be protruding half way into the shield before they register as touching. I constantly move my shield out of the way due to my belief that the projectiles hit the shield already and end up getting hit. I really just don't like the shield at all.
It would REALLY help me if the god damn screen wouldn't shake when I got hit. 1 shot hits me... 20 shots hit me because my screen is shaking for that brief second.
Every other time I try to click on my soldier, I either misclick or try selecting him with the area selection... and he ends up sprinting into a group of soldiers and dieing. I tend to lose the same level 4-5 times just due to selecting.
Man... I love the minefields. I was thinking, oh god... not another minefield... IM TIRED OF SETTING MINES *sets mines*. Alright... *waits*... wait a second, they... KEEP EXPLODING? YES!!!
Rofl... final bosses are really just retarded. I can't believe that... I had no problem with the 39 previous levels, and they single handed wiped out over 50 hydra bases and an army of centaurs and flying units. They couldn't even hurt my Death Knight but one of them slashed through everything and took out all my lives... disappointing.
Thanks for your suggestion! :D Appreciated!
