I don't quite know how to open the glass, but I think you may need to get into the armoury first.

to get out of the cell, click the yellow locker-type things. also get the thing under the bed, it's a map. enter the vents. go forward until you can go left, then turn around, the symbols on the wall are a password for a case in the office. take a left, then keep going until you get to the office. click the small thing on the left side of the far-left case and enter the code you saw. the screwdriver is in the top drawer of the desk. you should have collected the object in the case you opened. open your inventory and click on it until it tells you that you put it on. after that, go back to the starting room, wait for a moment, then pick up the triangle screwdriver head. enter the vents, and go left when you can. use the screwdriver on the vent to open it.

Lol, spamming the mouse back and forth as fast as you can works, after it zooms out to about level 4 or 5, before that, get your tree as wide as possible without dropping any pixels.
Rubbish. The power = object strength is ok, but the fact that with 1 power you can go through a PERSON, almost everything is too close together to get past, most of the time you try to grab another bull and it sticks a row of building you can't fit past, or it decides that the bulls will randomly move into a couple of cars and die? Rubbish.

There's another game like this call "You only have one life".... I dislike them, this one mainly because if you let go of the mouse after you click, you don't even get a chance to read the instructions. FAIL!
