We Jerkfaces are being rational. Don't tell us off because he didn't have the capacity not to screenshot what happened to him. He's also a newbie, so even his "Bugs" could be common mistakes. Let us not forget that he may be playing PVP and that it may be a desynch, which no one pointed out yet. When he gives me a screenshot and points out in a logical way what happened, I'll be concerned. Until then, I will continue to point out the right steps until he follows them. If this was reported in the official forums, same reasoning would go behind it. This is how anyone with half a brain treats bugs - Give us a screenshot, steps on how you got it, and we try to make it happen again. If you can't even fill the first step, don't expect to be taken seriously.
You can improve the cards by paying electrum to upgrade them -- a better version of the cards. You don't need to improve the cards, you improve your deck using the cards -- a much better strategy, which means you don't always use the same things as they don't work everywhere. And ,once more, you are playing a card game; and somehow, you're complaining about Luck. That's like complaining about luck when playing poker. It happens, and it's obvious it will happen. Expecting it not to is definitely silly.
@Quixotic -- I think you drooled a bit sarcasm. But well, let's go easy now, shall we? You did say that new players should visit the official forums for info. That is great and I agree with you. But when you proceed to comment things that are pratically stolen -- and worse, outdated -- from these tutorials without any credit, we have a problem. Your "guide" is outdated and isn't optimal. Plus, False Gods are not worth a net profit of >1000, it is only IF you win a rare card, and you don't even help them by giving them a good FG farmer deck, such as Limitless Speed. Further on, you are taking that straight from tutorials, which is bad for you and for the community and those that deserve credit for typing that. Pulverizer is the only one that would be any help in the long run, and even that loses to Arsenic as Poison Dial is the deck that dominates FG, Plat, PVP2, Gold, while Pulverizer would only be good in decks that fight Gold or Silver arena. Further on, "Air" isn't easy to start. Air has a complex form of utility and is often underrated in rushes un-upgraded and it would only teach newbies to build decks crowded with Dragons. Aether is also relatively slow. Darkness, Fire, EARTH, and then if you want, Aether/Life (Life has one of the fastest rushes and can teach you how to play defensively just as well as Aether, while also giving heals.) (continues..)
@Quixotic -- No. Just no. Pulverizer and Eternity will help more in the long run? Make me laugh. Maybe eternity was useful back when SG's bow worked or when Lulzy Time Bows were still around, but it is not worth it and has fallen in utility for way too long.

Stall isn't a problem, it's a playing style. If anyhthing, it just adds to the incredible-ness of the game that you can choose to stall others out. PS: Aether isn't that good at stalling and the dim shields are easily beaten.
I usually don't ask for upvotes, but here's a few things that every newbie/person should know before posting in comments. 1) Upgraded Cards can be bought for 1.5k electrum after you've beat all quests. 2) There is no best element, although it is usually thought of that Death, Fire, Darkness are the easiest starters. 3) You can find your rare cards in the arena, after you get X consecutive wins. 4) X player isn't hacking, you got a Desynch Error in PVP. 5) No, Dimensional Shield is not OP and it will not be nerfed. 6) Before you ask us too much help over elements, I'd suggest going to elementscommunity.org to have a look for yourself. 7) Limitless Speed is a good starter FG deck. Google it.
Elements is Zanz' pet project. I have gone to several MMO's that are completely side ways from the developer, and most of them are abandoned halfway through. We should be glad Zanz still works on it, if anything.
