I'd rate it higher if there weren't such a penalty for early upgrades and the ability to destroy yourself later. What if we want to maximize our snakes in every level? Why punish us? If upgrades don't roll over, at least make replaying levels give 1/3 within each temple.

Kixeye, don't shut it down. Just stop supporting it. We'll self-police the hackers. It can't cost you much of anything just to keep it up, and you'll even make a few bucks back of people still putting in shiny.
The key to the hard badge is never to break the combo, even if it means going backward sometimes. In fact, the "Sun Dive" backward is desirable because it gives you a 500 pt combo score boost. No need to get to Pluto. Just get to the satellite with a big combo and you have the hard badge.
You should be able to rerun the last track if you haven't maxed out your school bus. I never got the chance, not going to play through again while trying not to win.
