Nice concept and puzzles. Two big gripes. 1: Controls. They need improvement. Both jumping and walking within little spaces. 2: Puzzle intuition. This is guess-and-test game. There's no logic to it going in. You just try and see what things do, die a few times in the process, then solve the puzzle.
The jumping needs to have a delay or require another press of a key. It is frustrating trying to do precision jumping only to have it auto jump on you upon landing because failed to release the key immediately after pressing it.
The thing that annoys me about this game is the crappy AI when you are on the alien campaign. They sit around running up treadmills or standing in the corner with no health. This is especially annoying on CTF maps. They engage with pistols or run backwards with the flag, all the time the human AI is doing a solid job. I'm sick of carrying my team because the AI is useless.
It's a great start. Solid all around, but I had best gun and all upgrades at the start of the cemetery. Just made things too easy. Instead of a wide variety of weapons, how about weapon types with specialized damage? Certain mobs hurt by certain things, etc. Good fun, but doesn't make you want to keep playing after you max out.
Walkthroughs should not be posted as being in the running for the weekly awards, It takes another actual game out of the running. 1 star for not playing fair.
Great game, but sometimes I would autorun in a direction or get stuck on an enemy. Those bugs really made the game annoying in parts, but overall, the whole game is great.
