This game is just plain terrible. The lag, even on the "lower" quality setting, is horrendous on some levels (15 for instance, the moment that first rapidly-spinning glass bloon ring appears, making the level itself virtually impossible). There is no strategy whatsoever (no, you don't need "skill and smarts" to just equip a variety of weapons to counteract immunities and move into the path of bloons to shoot them). The grind for upgrades is atrocious. And other than looking at the creative bloon formations, there is nothing about this game that I would call "fun". Why anyone would pay Kreds for the upgrades, and how the game managed to get rated high enough for badges in the first place, I will never understand.
Note: if you are consistently unable to defeat an opponent, you should probably consider improving your deck, switching in better cards and repeating earlier issues to level up and gain the skill points needed for higher badges and deck limits.
Really nice and addicting chain reaction game. My main complaints are with the boosters though. Collecting new ones really should replace existing ones, because at the moment they just go to waste even if a current one is about to run out moments later. It would also be nice to have an option to prioritize which to keep over others (for instance, I'd always rather have more ships over faster grabbers).
Beastmen is a deck-building challenge. They have a card that kills you if you use a lot of allies, so, to beat it, use a deck without allies for that fight. It's a matter of strategy rather than just using the most powerful cards you have.
After beating i15 sealed, check your deck editor: for some strange reason, the reward card is opened from a 1-card pack there (a refresh may be needed first).
I have been playing this game for over a year now. I have seen NO evidence of anyone hacking whatsoever. There have been cases of insane good/bad luck, there have been cases of the game itself glitching someone into a fight with an illegal deck for that format, and there have been cases of people data-mining card information before it is released, but no actual malicious hacking.
"We honestly didn't expect people to try to max out everything"? That's standard OCD practice for players to follow in basically any game that has upgrades to max.
Chit Chat is sort of a "puzzle" card to deal with. It harms you when you play martial attacks and helps him when you play tactical attacks, so what option is left?
Whenever I play a rocket game, I can't help but wonder... with all the money available to rebuild the rocket every time it blows up, why not just buy a restricted air space for safe launches? XP
Victory conditions are the same for players and computers. If you have 'exactly' 0 cards remaining, you do not lose from having 0 cards left in deck. If, however, you take at least 1 additional point of damage or have to draw while you have 0 cards in deck, then you lose. Also, retribution damage effects from cards interrupt damage dealt, which occasionally can result in losing from dealing damage to the opponent if you have few enough cards remaining.
I kept having flash player crashes before I could finish a single PvP match. Then I right clicked, went to "settings", changed local storage space to unlimited, and I haven't had any problems since.
@Koursaros1 "Foil" cards do not stack with "non-foil" cards, so any card can appear in two different places in your collection. No, there is nothing special about foil cards, and no, there do not appear to be any plans to have them stack.
To improve card-flipping speed during the mega brawl (and for brawls in general), make sure to change quality to low, reduce frame rate to 5, turn on "no animations", and refresh every half hour. Apparent lag makes people rather impatient, and can make a difference of hours across the entire event.
Any time packs that you bought appear to vanish, the most likely reason is that "new" versions of such packs are now in the shop. To open your packs, you have to go to the deck-building window and click on "open packs" there.
